Very happy and pleased with Ikari! Approach by whatsapp and 1st appointment (& follow-up) was scheduled promptly. Noel was the technician assigned and he was very meticulous with his checks, explanation and followup to manage baby cockroaches sightings. Noell, the technician was very patient in answering my querries and concern about the insect problem. He was very thorough in inspecting and the treatment. He is also knowledgeable and provided me with some advice on deterring insects from getting into my flat.

My experience with the two Ikari technicians is very good every time. YongPeng and Noel are very professional and dedicated. They are patient with their explanations and very thorough in their work. I had some hiccups with the admin/customer service at the start. But this has been rectified with a team that is very efficient and responsive. I used to work with a well known and reputable pest control company but IKARI is far better.

IKARI's expert and well equipped technician for my area is very professional, honest, and friendly. After very thorough inspections inside and outside my apartment, laying of indoor monitoring traps, queries with condo cleaning staff, combined with knowledge sharing, he has helped to uncover and immediately address the root causes of the pest problems on my floor - which are actually related to each other! Thank you Taufiq! Since the war against pests is never ending, I've since requested for IKARI to conduct regular inspections and treatment to keep pests out of my home. I highly recommend them!

Responsive, helpful and effective treatment. I had requested quotes for bed bugs pest control from total of 3 service providers and IKARI is the only one who responded on a sunday and followed up with a phone call first thing on a monday morning.Sales rep was knowledgeable, thorough and helpful and sought to understand the problem, just in case it is a 'misdiagnosis' of bed bugs issue.After listening to the background of the issue, price quoted was for the 'problematic room' in particular , this is in contrast to other service providers who quoted for the whole house straight away, without conducting more fact finding about whether there are sightings of bed bugs in other parts of the house.It took 1 treatment to stabilize the situation, the 2nd treatment was a preventive measure. So far, situation remains stable and I am optimistic.The price quoted includes any necessary follow-up treatment in the next 6 months so I feel relieved and confident that we are in good hands. Definitely recommend IKARI!

I requested ant extermination this time, but - All they did was randomly place the same commercially available tubes of ant bait. - During the second follow-up visit, the technician had no idea where he had placed the ant bait, which was unprofessional. He only removed the bait wherever he could find it, and I had to frantically clean up the rest myself. - The saleswoman who accompanied me also repeatedly asked me to leave a good review, and didn't seem particularly interested in getting rid of the ants in the first place. - The ants were not exterminated this time, and in fact they were only increasing in number, so when I asked about future plans, I was told to hire a different technical team for an additional fee. I'm not sure what the technician who came this time was all about.

I had contacted many pest control services in singapore when i found out my bed bug infestation is getting worst. Ikari has the best package among the rest and I really like their professionalism when they came over for the first and second service. It was a pleasant experience and after the second service, I dont see any bites or sighting. Thank you!

Ikari has been protecting my home against pests for the last 16 years. They have consistently provided me quality service and the technicians are professional and well versed in pest control. The few times that I had ad hoc issues like rodent or bee hives, Ikari is very responsive when I call them. I appreciate the fact that they always accommodate my preferred time slot and always send the same technician who knows my home well. Ikari also cares for its clients like sending us advisories on prevention of dengue and even a Care Pack during Covid-19. These may be small gestures but they do add to customer satisfaction.

Highly recommend them for the efficient, meticulous and fast response. Contacted them on a Sunday and got a reply immediately. The customer service by Angelia was very professional, prompt and very fast. The team that came down next day included Mr Wong and Mr Sherman. Their checking was extremely thorough and I was impressed by their level of detailing and inspection. Mr Wong's experience of over 30 years was clearly evident and I feel assured the decision to select Ikari was the right one.
