I contacted Pestopia SG via WhatsApp to ask about a mud wasp nest right near our bedroom window and to have it removed. They responded quickly and arranged the next available time and a technician. Highly recommended for termite treatment! We had a termite issue and decided to go with their termite baiting treatment. The team was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the baiting system works and what to expect during the process. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just install the bait and leave. They came back regularly to monitor the termite activity and check the bait until the colony was eliminated. Very responsive throughout the whole process and gave us regular updates, which gave us peace of mind. Professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended if you’re facing a termite problem!

Both abang Hasni and abang Hardi were really exceptional in doing their work. They both came for my house's second treatment on our bed bug infestation. We were frustrated with our bed bug infestation because we have zero clue on where they could be hiding. But with both our abangs, the amount of attention to detail they put in is incredible. Very pleased with their service and professionalism. Both of them were really friendly and also gave helpful advice on what to do to the house before bringing our cats back in. With this last treatment as part of the package Pestopia provided us, I hope our bed bugs are no more! Thank you guys :)

Pestopia was great. I managed to get an appointment within 24 hours. They were prompt and the guy who came to do my spray explained where he thinks the issue is coming from as well as recommended treatment. Hopefully the treatment works!

There is many pest control out there that i enquired but i choose Pestopia for their quick and prompt and straightforward replies over whatsapp. my first message to them is Termite Frass Treatment. Sent photos of door handler of Frass coming off. And very quickly they reply: =============== “ Termite treatment isn’t 100% guaranteed since termites live inside wood and aren’t always visible and eventually swarm and fly out of their colony after a few years to source for new wood.” Treatment: We look for signs like small exit holes (1-2mm) with wood frass. If no signs are found, we estimate the infestation site and drill 2-3mm holes to inject a foaming chemical. We offer a 2 month warranty if new activity appears, we’ll re-treat without charging. Monitoring If there is no more dropping, we will come back to patch up with putty (color as close as possible) Charges: $360 nett Price is for 1 door / door frame” ============= Very quickly we arranged same day onsite in 2hrs. Fin attended to me onsite and after inspection, he agreed with me that it is best to dismantle digital lock. But I say i will try to dismantle it and assuring him, highlighted to him that i will not hold him for any responsibility if digital lock face problem. Together, Fin bravely work with me to dive deep into the root cause of the problem. Also, i feel foaming treatment may affect the digital lock electronics, so it is safer in our opinions. We dismantled carefully and he go into every corner details to apply the treatment without any difficulties. And we glad that after removal, he find many termites spots. Lastly before he leave, he went to extra mile ensuring if my digital lock works well. I said do not worry about it and he had done his good job. I face a minor setback but no problem of his. I am extremely grateful of Fin bravery, sincerity and willingness to help. It is such attitude and service that we always remembered. Will monitor… and looking forward to see you again in my next follow up. Thank you very much Jason and Fin!

Very prompt response and good service overall. Just tried the first of two sessions. Hope the pests do not come back. Back home after about 4 hours from the chemical spraying. My eyes feels highly irritated by the chemicals. Need to clean the sprayed chemicals away.

Firdaus was on time, inspected every corners of the room/space, did a very thorough spraying to ensure all were killed. Shall review again after the second treatment, but so far the service was effective even after the first treatment!

I would like to sincerely thank Khairul and Hasni for their diligent efforts in exterminating the bugs found at my home. Their professionalism and thoroughness gave me peace of mind. I also want to thank Jason for being very responsive to my queries and quickly taking up my job, fully understanding the urgency and concern I had—it truly made a difference. For fellow dog (or pet) owners, I strongly recommend keeping your pets out of the house during the extermination process. Ideally, allow two to three days away to ensure safety and prevent any risk of toxication.
