Excellent service from Royal Flush Pest Management! We first engaged them to deal with an ant infestation, which they managed to resolve effectively. Not long after, we unfortunately encountered a separate rat issue, and once again, their team was extremely responsive and professional. What impressed me most was how promptly they responded. They understood the urgency of the situation and were able to arrange for someone to come on-site almost immediately. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. It’s not often you find a pest management company that combines fast response times, professionalism, and effective solutions so well. I highly recommend Royal Flush! Firstly their pricing is very reasonable and they offer monthly payments instead of a big annual fee upfront. That’s perfect for a newly opened F&B. It also gave us a chance to try their service first. The pest control spraying is very effective — we haven’t had any recurring pest issues at the cafe. Engaged them for a cockroach issue at my unit. The team was responsive and explained the treatment process clearly. After the first treatment, we started seeing dead cockroaches and the number of tiny baby cockroaches has reduced a lot. There are still some small ones appearing occasionally, but we can see improvement so far. Overall, good service and will continue to monitor the results. 👍
