Amazing and professional!! They replaced my kitchen tap AND even solved a bigger problem i had with my water filter. Apparently the inlet was rusty and leaking but the water filter company wanted to charge me $100 for a small problem that could have been fixed for just $30. Thankfully i met this company and they are honest in doing business! Highly highly recommended!

Very accommodating to my available timing and very punctual. Mr Liu is very polite and friendly. Had change a flickering LED ceiling light and noisy dripping water tap within 30mins. After replace the tap he takes the effort to ensure all joints are tightened with no leaks before leaving. Definitely engage him again in future for plumbing issues.

WARNING: Rude contractors Contacted H.O.G Pte Ltd via carousell to dismantle my toilet and reinstall the toilet accessories and toilet bowls. Plumber Liu came down the day before to assess and given a quote. During the actual day, he came down, do the job. HOWEVER HE WAS REALLY RUDE. When I asked him questions of whether he could do certain things, he said no and when I ask him why, he answered really rudely and loudly. I wanted to understand the reason so that I will know why things are done certain ways. Once the job was done, he requested to be paid for the jobs he has done. When I asked for the breakdown of what I am paying for (line items of the jobs of the day), he was really impatient, started to raise his voice and talk angrily. The next day, was informed that he didn't want to continue the jobs and left me stranded, and now I have to find another plumber. Really caused so much unnecessary inconvenience. Lastly, he didn't want to clear the mess from the job (screws and wire covers, etc). Only cleared it after I told him to.
