Engaged Han Fong in a conversation since November 2025. Only installed and paid eventually in March 2026 as it took us sometime to figure what we really want. 100% recommend Meng, Kuang and his team. Thank you for your patience and help even with some last minute changes and additions to our window grills.

   Response from the business

Thank you, Esther, for taking the time to share this—we really appreciate it. It was a pleasure working with you over the past few months, and we’re glad we could support you as you explored what works best for your home. These decisions take time, and we’re happy to have been part of that journey. We’re also glad we could accommodate the last-minute changes and additions, and get everything installed smoothly in the end. Your trust and recommendation mean a lot to us. Wishing you many comfortable years ahead in your home, and thank you once again for choosing Han Fong Aluminium.

I engaged Han Fong to install window grills and windows. Aik Meng, who responded to my request, was very responsive, efficient, and reliable throughout the process. He also has a very experienced team who produced good-quality products and carried out the installation professionally. Before engaging them, I had approached many other suppliers. Some were completely unresponsive, while others made promises that were not followed through. Disappointingly, several of these were well-known players in the market. In contrast, the service and reliability provided by Han Fong stood out clearly. I would highly recommend them for window and grill installation work.

   Response from the business

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. It was truly a pleasure working with you on your window and grill installation. We’re very glad to hear that our responsiveness, workmanship, and the effort put in by our installation team made a positive difference. Your appreciation means a lot to us. Thank you as well for placing your trust in Han Fong Aluminium. We wish you and your family many happy and comfortable years in your new home.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more positive reviews — they certainly deserve it. It’s refreshing to work with a business that doesn’t overpromise, hard sell, or push for online ratings. I liaised with Meng to replace my existing blinds with sliding louvres, and he exceeded expectations in both responsiveness and efficiency — far better than many vendors who come across as pushy or unreliable. He even rushed out a drawing for my permit application late in the evening on short notice, which I really appreciated. From site measurement to installation, everything was completed in under two days. The workmanship is excellent, the cost is very reasonable, and my family is extremely pleased with the results. Previously, my balcony was constantly affected by strong wind and rain, which would blow off the blinds and flood the floor. On hot days, heat would seep into the living room. Since installing the louvres, all of these issues have been resolved. The space now feels cleaner, more comfortable, and far more enjoyable to use.

   Response from the business

Thank you so much for the incredibly generous review. It was truly a pleasure working with you. Your decisiveness, clarity, and trust in us made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We’re really glad to hear that the sliding louvres have made such a meaningful difference to your balcony and living space. Knowing that the wind, rain and heat issues are fully resolved — and that your family is enjoying the space more — means a lot to us. Thank you again for the opportunity and for your kind words. Customers like you make our work deeply rewarding, and we’re grateful for your support. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help.

Engaged them to install aluminum window grills 10 years ago and recently got them to replace a cracked glass window. Service is impeccable, fast turnaround. The manager has solid industry know-how and the workers are professional. Heard of the innovative products that the company does as well. Highly recommended!

Engaged their help to change my cracked window. Despite that my invisible grille is fixed, they managed to remove the affected frame and replaced the crack glass. All this happened within a week of lapse, between the time they came to evaluate the window to the time they fixed it. I’m very thankful especially I have young kids at home and with heavy rain, it is very worrying with a broken window. Thank you!

   Response from the business

Hi Clare, thanks for the review. Glad to be of service :)

Our family only swear by Han Fong Aluminum when we require any alterations, replacement & reinstallation for aluminum based fixtures for all our properties. The company’s founder is a veteran in the industry and is indeed a very experienced 师傅 in fabricating aluminum products for homes, offices and other business projects. He is assisted by his wife whose a very nice, patient, soft spoken & well-mannered lady. Although there is no fanciful showroom, the workshop & office at Ang Mo Kio is already very well furbished with all types of samples currently being used in their premises. This is definitely essential & very useful in helping us customers when making a discerning decision during our selection process. We chose blue-hued glass for all our casement windows as we badly require a replacement of the ones in our home as they have aged over 2 decades. Han Fong Aluminum uses 6mm thick glass panels for our windows and we are very satisfied with the outcome after the replacement for casement windows had been done at both locations of our property. The arms supporting the casement windows to the windows ledge is noticeably thicker than thinner ones we used to have for our old windows. And they are definitely of stainless steel grade. Insulation against noise and malodour from neighbouring units (when our windows are closed) seemed to be excellent right now after the replacement was done. We definitely love love love these blue-glass windows! From our perspective, their pricing is reasonable given the hard work for uninstalling the old windows & the frames and reinstalling the newly fabricated sets. We are also relieved that our pre-existing set of grilles wasn’t damaged even after uninstalling. Their installer & his assistant exercised diligence in protecting our floor tiles & borrowed our broom to sweep up our floor. They were also pretty experienced in reinstalling new kitchen windows without damaging the old window grilles which could not be removed due to bad installation by a previous installer 20 years ago. Their installer also went the extra mile of lubricating the rollers for our old window grilles etc etc. However, due to the high demands for their aluminum works arising from their other projects, resources in paying non-obligatory visits for quotations are limited (given the covid situation), we would highly recommend Han Fong only to home owners who value quality & reliability above cheap quotations. (Sorry about the bad photos where the surroundings of our windows seemed dimmed due to very strong backlighting fr the sunlights but in reality, the windows look really good!)
