Wander full working thank you im strongly recommended this company

Very disappointing experience. I contacted this company to repair a loose glass panel. The handyman initially told me the adhesive needed time to dry before attaching the glass, but then attached it immediately without waiting. The panel later came off and the glass door shattered. resulting in an additional $840 replacement cost. The replacement technicians advised that the previous glass broke because the adhesive had not been given enough time to dry. I raised this directly with the company by email and WhatsApp, but they have not responded at all despite seeing my messages. Poor workmanship is one thing, but completely ignoring a customer when a complaint is raised makes the experience even worse. Based on my experience, not recommending this company.

Thank you, Mr DK. I had an exceptional installation experience with your kitchen cabinets. Previously, my cabinets were too costly to maintain over time. I was strongly recommended by my uncle who has since switched to your company. For those who are not aware, your company is the leading kitchen appliance manufacturer and I believe it offers the best value currently. I strongly recommend your company for kitchen cabinet replacement and repair.

They quoted $870 for a shower kerb without providing tiles, and this cost was excessively high for the scope of work involved. For a basic kerb, I expected a more reasonable price. Unfortunately, this quote didn’t reflect good value compared to typical market rates. I’d recommend getting multiple quotes before proceeding, as pricing here seems significantly inflated for what’s offered.
