Very glad with the overall service provided. There was a on-site visitation to see the needs required. Zhi Hao also offer different options to suit my budget. The sound proof window really reduces alot of the noise generating from the highway facing my house. Though some small hiccups in the process but it was all duly attended and rectified. The installation team that came was excellent. They does things as a team, communicate efficiently. When they see an issue they consulted me right away and feedback to main office immediately. They don’t just follow instructions, they really take the time to think and analyse the issue and propose counter-measures. The plastering work also done pretty well as well but of course dun expect expert lvl of plastering work. The after installation they also did a very thorough basic clean up, including my main door corridor. Something to work out for the team will be offering post installation clean up, touch up paint and other Misc services required upon finishing the installation. Will definitely engage them again for my future kitchen and toilet windows and refer to my friends if they need window change.

Quoted Cost is not realistic more double price than market price...

I want to share a genuinely heartfelt review for this company because they truly deserve it. I live near a very loud roadside, and for a long time the traffic noise affected my sleep and daily life. I consulted multiple IDs and window suppliers, and most of them suggested installing an additional window on my bay window. While this would have been an easier job, I felt it was not the right long-term solution for me and it would affect the resale value of my home and, frankly, didn’t look good. Zihao was the only one who was willing to take on the more challenging task of changing the entire window instead of going for the easier option. He really took the time to understand the problem and proposed a proper solution rather than a quick fix. The work was done extremely well. I live on a high floor, and the workers were very professional and safety-conscious, all properly secured with safety harnesses. The workmanship was careful and solid, and the whole process was handled professionally. Most importantly, the sleepless nights are now gone. The noise reduction has made a huge difference, and I’m truly grateful to have found someone willing to go the extra mile when others wouldn’t. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a company that values quality, professionalism, and doing the job right.

Wanted to replace my sliding gate with a sliding door to keep pest out and aircon in . Called a few companies but they were unable to do so. Really glad that I contacted Hoe Heng Aluminium . Zihao was prompt in replying to queries and offering solutions. As I eventually decided on installing a flushed bottom track which involves some retiling work by my contractor, Zihao and team were patient in assisting during the whole process , returning to remeasure after the flooring works were completed so that the sliding door dimensions will be accurate. Am very satisfied with how the sliding door turns out. Thank you Zihao and team — Happy to recommend their service .

Zi Hao and his team came to our rescue to install the final 3 windows and provide final adjustments to all our AluK window and doors when our first supplier went bust and could not complete the job. Once Zi Hao understood what the issues we were facing, he sent his team to survey the work to be completed, he provided a quote and assurances. Long story short, when they tried to install the 3 new windows (left behind by the previous contractor), it was too large by 5mm. His team took the trouble to bring the windows back to their factory, disasemble the windows, cut the frame by the 5mm, re-assembled and brought the windows back the same day. INCREDIBLE !! Meanwhile the team on site, while waiting for the windows, adjusted, cleaned and tidied up the windows and doors that were previously installed, so that they work flawlessly. So kudos and acknowledgement to Hoe Heng Aluminum for helping out a distressed customer, even though it was to install 3 windows and tidy up the mess left behind by our first installer. Their actions, pride to do the work neatly, and with urgency and being in constant communication is fantastic! Thank you Zi Hao and your team !!

My project was handled by Mr Poh and his team. Patient and took the trouble to understand what I was looking for. Even though these were simple bathroom windows with integrated ventilation fan cut outs, he took my requirement details very seriously. I like these people. They have respect for customers in a busy world with so many jobs on hand; you don't always get this kind of human touch. Their installation team also very careful and not rough. They also wanted me to check it over after they were done and happy to make some very minor adjustments. I feel happy with the product and installation. By the way, I recommend you leave a sample of any ventilation fan you want to integrate with them. It will beat any drawing in terms of precision of fit. Be patient and I am sure you will be happy with the end result.

Chen Kai & his team were really honest with their evaluation when initially I wanted to change my whole gate because my lock is faulty . Instead, they suggested that I should just replace the lock only since my gate is in good condition. They are professional and have a done a great job too. Chen Kai also provided a good after sales service and make sure everything is fine.
