Had engaged Mr Lim a number of times for our plumbing needs. His service and quality of work is excellent. He is also very helpful through the phone. In fact, he changed the toilet bowl flush for our 2 toilets as well as our kitchen sink tap more than 10 years ago, and all of them are still working fine till now 👍🏼.

My kitchen sink clogged the first time in a decade. Mr Lim fixed my clogged kitchen sink and in less then 2 weeks, it clogged again but it was very minimal. So took extra care not to wash dishes in bulk. 3rd week it clogged more. When I did feedback to him, he is charging me $100 again. Worst service ever. No after service warranty. Decided to change plumber who charge more, but at least will do a good job and provide after service warranty. Guys please engage him at your own risk. It is worth to pay more then pay repeatedly. Do note that I don't even do heavy cooking.

He has 30 plus years of working experience. He cleared the choke with a hand held pump. I compared his service and charges with another so-called SG plumber. His charges sound more reasonable.

Mr Lim is a very responsible and responsive handy man who resolved my issue with my shower door. He had tried his best to resolve the issue even it means he had to come over a few times to do that. Highly recommended handy man for household daily issue.
