Highly recommended Jai Rong and the team from Home Windows and Grills! I recently engaged them to change the windows for my whole house, and I’m extremely pleased with their service. From the very first measurement appointment right through to the final installation, Jai Rong was professional, responsive and very detailed in his work. What impressed me most was their excellent time management and efficiency. Everything was well coordinated, the team worked quickly without compromising on quality, and the installation was completed smoothly. They were careful with the measurements, paid attention to the small details and made sure everything was properly done before completing the job. Jai Rong was also easy to communicate with, patient in answering questions and kept me updated throughout the process. The workmanship was good, the team was organised, and they cleaned up properly after the installation. It’s not easy to find a contractor who is reliable, punctual, efficient and delivers what was promised, so I really appreciate the good experience. Very happy with my new windows and would definitely recommend Jai Rong and Home Windows and Grills to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their windows and grilles. Great service, good workmanship and a job well done! 👍

Highly recommended and very trustworthy company. Price is very reasonable for the whole unit windows. Jia Rong is very accommodating and professional guy. Very fast and superb workmanship from him and his team. Plus I loved that the service was very fast as he came down only on the weekends but already fabricated and installed the windows barely less than a week.

I got Jiarong's contact through a friend who had his whole flat done. Mine was only the master bedroom window which was faulty. I contacted JiaRong on a Monday and by the following Tuesday (he has to order parts and also get permission from HDB so it takes some time) he was at my flat bright and early and got it replaced within 1.5 hours minimal fuss or mess. He will also come to the flat somewhere in between to look at your window and measure. Be patient with contacting him as he seems to be very busy but he will respond. Keep text short and get to the point is my feedback. Pricing is also reasonable so that's key. I have since recommended him to my neighbour and would recommend him to anyone based on what he did for me.

2 issues with them. 1. Before engaged them, my living room windows had leakage and Jiarong promised this leakage issue sure will be resolved if change new windows. In the end after they changed it, the issue wasn’t resolved. Rain water seepage multiple times, they came to help but issue still not resolved. And then they started to blame for other reason which not caused by them. In the end I resolved it myself. 2. One of my bedroom window frame side did not seal properly and caused water seepage. The wall around it grew mould inside the paint surface not long after the windows changed. My bad did not pay attention to it and thought it’s just some dirt inside. After some time the mould area expanded and I noticed something wrong by remove the paint. Approached them and they said the warranty is over. Ya you may find their service is nice but up until their installation is done only. Try approach them again for warranty claim after they completely install and see.
