i love that you can fully customised your gates/sliding doors with them. i’ve hired them since 2022! they did my kitchen/laundry sliding doors and also the glass door to my bedrooms to minimise sound. Because when you’re watching movies in the living room it helps to buffer out alot of noise. but seeing my glass gate fully come alive probably made my 2026! i can finally switch on my AC with my door open cause my home is too dark with the door closed! if i want to have some air flow, i could just open my window next to it.

I wish there’s 0 star option. A lot hiccups and miscommunication but they want owner to pay for it. Big scratches on the glass they installed and yet they want owner to bare 50% of the cost? Not recommended at all!!

We would like to clarify the situation for transparency.
Measurement was arranged based on confirmation that the site was ready. Upon arrival, the site was still in a hacked and non-overlaid condition, far from ready for measurement works, and we accommodated a repeat measurement visit at no additional charge.
For the common toilet entrance door, there was no instruction or indication during measurement that the installation was intended to be within the shower area rather than at the standard entrance position on top of the kerb. The request to shift the door position into the shower area was only raised after installation following your contractor’s review approximately one week later. Even so, we proceeded with the modification works and absorbed all labour, transport, dismantling, and reinstallation costs, charging only for the additional material required as goodwill assistance.
Regarding the shower screen finishings, our team revisited the site and carried out the requested touch-up and adjustment works accordingly.
For the kitchen glass, the scratch was only reported approximately one month after installation during an ongoing renovation involving multiple parties on site. No such defect was observed at the point of installation, handover, or in our completion photographs. Even so, we revisited the site, assessed rectification options, and extended both polishing and shared replacement solutions as goodwill assistance.
Throughout the process, we remained responsive, provided follow-up support, and worked towards resolving the matters professionally and reasonably.

Great experience with them. They installed my gate exactly how I wanted and really took the time to make sure it was wide and accessible enough for my father’s wheelchair and the portable ramp for the wheelchair, which meant a lot to me and my family.

We have been extremely disappointed with the service from this company. Since the installation, we’ve encountered multiple issues with the door they installed, and despite several follow-ups and attempted rectifications, the problems remain unresolved.
Instead of taking responsibility for workmanship or installation issues, they now claim the door frame may be of PVC and isn’t strong enough to hold the door and saying it wasn’t done by them and therefore can’t advise on its condition. This was never mentioned during the measurement, installation or when they came for rectifications which did not even resolve my issues. Consumers rely on professionals to flag such concerns upfront — this wasn’t disclosed at all. Always the doorframe (not done by them) as a convenient excuse.
Now that we have reported issues with the door again, they say it’s “out of warranty” and want to charge $150 for basic alignment or hinge work. This feels like a retroactive excuse and hidden cost rather than a genuine solution — especially after repeated visits without proper resolution. Hidden charges and lack of transparency are exactly the kind of issues other homeowners should be aware of.
We expected professional advice, transparent pricing, and workmanship that holds up. Be careful — do your research, and make sure you get everything in writing before you sign or pay.

For clarity, the door frame was an existing structure that was neither supplied nor installed by us. We do not have visibility into its internal condition or long-term reliability. At the time of measurement and installation, there were no visible signs of instability that would have prevented the work from proceeding. If there had been, we would have highlighted it immediately, as it would not be in our interest to proceed and risk future issues being attributed to our work.
During the 12-month warranty period, all reported issues were attended to and rectified without charge. The door has been in use since 17 October 2024, and the warranty terms were clearly communicated prior to installation. The current issue appears to be related to movement or weakening of the existing frame over time, which is outside our scope of work and warranty coverage.
The service fee of $150 is not a hidden cost, but a standard out-of-warranty charge covering labour and transport, in line with industry practice. Customers are free to engage other service providers if they prefer.
We appreciate your feedback and remain available to assist should you wish to proceed with servicing.

My gate and door gap is very small and they tried their best and come again for measurements after I decided to install digital lock and not to have Handle. As my new gate is privacy type, it’s difficult to open without a handle. This review is based after 1 year of installation. Overall, if you are ok with the door not being secure then should be fine. Just take note of safety considerations with young kids or toddlers.
(1) master toilet door:
Aside from first installation incorrect panel colour, they helped rectify it during reno process. Initially upon moving in my master bedroom toilet door could open fully because of panel quality from installation, causing interference between the panel. Hence, it cannot fully slide. However since it was within 1 year of warranty, the correction was done twice after the first correction trip had production issue.
(2) common toilet door (rarely used, only by guests from time to time):
We don’t really use this toilet but it came to our attention after 1 year old toddler who just started walking could gently push the door and went in the toilet. Realised that it could be pushed slightly with a finger as compared to our master bedroom toilet door (we use this only) which is nicely secure. Gave a feedback as to why there was a difference in poor magnet strength of this door but apparently they mentioned due to wear and tear, even though we don’t really use this toilet at all unless guests maybe once a month come by to use. So please note it can wear and tear within a year despite not using it so much and correction charge is $120 after a year.

While the door may be used less frequently, it does not equate to being unused, and factors such as environment, usage patterns, and site conditions can still affect magnetic strength over time. As the concern was only raised after the warranty period, the proposed $120 service fee covers transport, labour, and replacement material.

We bought a metal gate from them.
Before buying we told the salesperson by the name of Joanne, we have a digital lock with camera and showed her a picture. She then gave us some choices of gates to choose from and said it is fine(compatible with our digital lock).
After buying we realise the gate is covering our camera. We raise the issue to the company but they argued that we did not informed them what the digital lock model was, even though we went down and showed the staff a picture of the digital lock and she said it was okay. They also tried to push the blame to our ID and the digital lock company.
Logically most, if not all digital lock’s camera is where the door knob is. So the model would not matter soo much. Again I even showed the staff a picture of the digital lock.
To rectify the problem they wanted to charge me to change the orientation of the gate which I could not because of how my corridor is. So they tried to sell me another gate but only offered $100 discount.
They made a mistake and still tried to make more money off me instead of just owning up to their mistake and fixing it.

Your review states that the “model would not matter soo much,” but this is not accurate.
At the showroom, you shared that the lock was arranged by your interior designer and that the model was not known. You pointed to a general push–pull sample, but there are many similar models in the market — most without cameras.

At no point during the showroom visit or in our WhatsApp conversations was the presence of a camera mentioned. Without this key information, we proceeded based on the confirmed specifications.
2. Gate Selection and Confirmation
Our team provided drawings, measurements, and verification messages for your review to ensure the design met your requirements. These were acknowledged and approved before production.
You were also reminded multiple times to check compatibility with your interior designer and digital lock vendor, who knew your exact lock model. These checks were acknowledged, and we proceeded only after receiving your confirmation.
3. Support Provided After Installation
Installation was expedited at your request. The gate was fabricated and installed according to the approved specifications.
When the camera obstruction was raised after your lock installation, we proposed several solutions — including orientation adjustments and alternative gate configurations — and offered a $150 goodwill discount after you requested a full new gate for "at most $100". These options were provided even though the issue arose solely due to missing information about the lock camera to help you find a workable solution, especially since smart camera accessories were not preferred.
4. Root Cause
The issue occurred because the lock's camera feature were not disclosed at any stage. The assumption that "model would not matter soo much" is incorrect — different model and features do matter, which is why we requested to check compatibility with your interior designer and vendor repeatedly as they knew your exact lock model.
We have made every effort to assist. It is disheartening to be accused of wrongdoing when records clearly show that:
- the design was selected and approved by you,
- lock details were not provided after checks,
- compatibility checks with your interior designer and vendor were advised several times, and
- we proceeded only after receiving full confirmation.
We remain committed to service quality, as reflected in the consistent positive feedback received by the same team. While we regret that the outcome did not meet your expectations, the gate was produced and installed exactly as confirmed.

Extremely poor workmanship and lousy customer service.
Needed multiple visits to rectify issue due to wrong measurement, silicone gaps - unstable glass, leakage, messy silicone application which left many sticky spots on everything around it, even on the glass and tiles and they were NOT removed by the staff.
The multiple trips caused so much inconvenience yet service agent assumed it should be understandable. Service recovery was NOT offered but reluctantly discussed only after multiple reminders and demand.
