We had an issue with our shutter lock as we couldn’t unlock it with our keys (likely misplaced), but thankfully Kailong from Beng Shutters stepped in quickly after the receptionist and assisted us to the best of his ability. His service was prompt, patient, and very professional. He clearly knows his field well, which gave us great peace of mind. When providing his quote, he took the time to explain the available options and his recommendations without any hard selling, so we felt comfortable and not pressured at all. He’s also a great problem solver — he was able to resolve our issue efficiently and handled everything smoothly. Kailong is truly an asset to the company. We hope to continue engaging his services, and I’m sure his positive attitude and excellent service will bring in more customers. Thank you Kailong and team for your help!

I got to know Beng Shutter Doors International Pte Ltd (BSDIPL) when my home roller shuttle limit switches both for the upward opening and downward closing sequences was not functioning. This resulted in my search for a reliable company to help resolved my technical problem. My first contact with BSDIPL waS speaking with Miss Sara. A soft-spoken, polite, patience and good listener. Through her understanding of my problem she scheduled an appointment to have my shuttle problem to be checked by their Technicians. Today Friday 7th November 2025, their Technicians came and check out my Roller Shutter Problem. Time in. About 1.30pm as scheduled. Time Completed. About 3.35pm. In about 2 hours time period my Home Industrial Type Roller Shuttle was working in good order. And safe to operate, too. Thank you Beng Shutter Door International Pte Ltd. My wife and I truly grateful to your Technicians in a professional, knowledgeable and good experience had brought a new life to my almost 25 years old Roller Shutter installed at the balcony of my humble home. This is my second time engaging the services of Beng Shutter. Previously , they had changed my shutter door and maintained my auto gate. This time round it was auto gate and shutter maintenance and gate lock change. The sales rep, Kai Long is friendly, responsive and efficient. The team of technicians are also efficient and know what they are doing. Will continue to use Beng Shutter. Highly recommended! Update 14 Oct 2025 Beng Shutters to the rescue. My back gate came off its hinges after helper forcefully pull the gate in the opposite direction (don't ask me why she did it🤷🏼). The team came after office hours to screw the gate back after I contacted Kai Long. Really appreciate his help and the team's promptness. Again I say, they are highly recommended!

Legit shutter repair. We got Beng Shutter to change a motor that broke down this morning. They came within a few hours. Very prompt service. Price also competitive. Best of all, they have records of our past service.

Just had a job very well done. A complex situation as it was a "locked in" situation. The key for a side shutter lock cannot engage even when key inserted. As a result i could not enter the clinic. Staff from Beng Shutter able to dislodge the old lock without damage of the existing roller shutter. Quick response too and team reached my clinic within 30mins. Replaced locks next day and oiled my existing shutter, also the team made sure the locks were functioning well and the shutter was rolling well. Will definitely recommend them for any shops with a roller shutter.

The workers are fast but careful in moving the staging to my balcony without knocking onto my furniture. The repair and installation work went smoothly. They did a test on the shutter motor n quickly identified that the motor is damaged. In all, the entire process is smooth and no hit ups. Thanks to Beng Shutter that resolved my shutter issue.

HDB EM wash area balcony electric roller shutter stop moving one day, and was anxiously trying to source for contractors to fix it. After being rejected by several companies (which i think the hdb job is too small for them), i found Beng Shutter and immediately they understood my problem and ensured me that they are indeed specialized in HDBs. Appointment date was confirmed right away and the workers arrived on time as scheduled. Scaffolding was setup at site swiftly and the motor was replaced as needed. I am very glad that they really know what they are doing with good handling experience. No hesitation to recommend their services to my neighbors or anyone looking for electric roller shutter. I initially purchased a roller shutter from another vendor and wanted to add a second push button but the supplier I brought my roller shutter from were unwilling to assist me. So, I began searching for a different supplier and was fortunate to discover Beng Shutter Doors. They were incredibly attentive and willing to help, even though I had never bought from them before. They even provided me with the wiring details for the two push buttons installation. This is what true customer service looks like!
