We engaged Li door recently to replace three doors for bedroom and Lina and Ms Har was very responsive. The door installers are very professional and we would recommend them again. We asked for acoustic seals with Planet KT drop seal and ball bearing hinges on a solid core timber door. We will update once this is completed and we can test whether the acoustics held up at least to reduce noise seepage from room to room.

I ordered three Nyatoh bedroom doors from Li Door and have no regrets. The workmanship is good and their response is fast. The uncle who did the installation is very experienced. The manager who handled our enquiry and order was excellent in explaining the different types of wood available, and she was very patient in answering all our questions. The best part was after we overlaid the tiles in one bedroom and needed the door to be cut. Li Door responded very quickly and sent their team down promptly. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer. From ordering to installation and after-sales service, everything was tip-top. I highly recommend Li door.

Fast and efficient. Took a few days for door installation. Staff were able to transfer the digital lock from old door to new door. All done within a few hours. Highly recommended.

I had some fire rated doors needed to be done urgently in a very short amount of time for a container kiosks project in Singapore and out of the many suppliers I had inquired, only Li Door was able and willing to help with this anxious request and they have the proper certifications and capabilities to make various types of fire rated doors too. The manager, Sandy was very helpful and did her best to assist us despite the time constraint. Very grateful to Li Door for their excellent service to help us rush the production and installation of the fire rated doors. I wanted to install two bifold wood and glass doors in my home and finally engaged with li doors after some shopping around. Although there were some hiccups due to delivery of one wrong door on the day of installation, they’re very responsive to feedback and I’m very pleased with the turnaround time taken for the doors to be made + getting the correct door made and installed, as well as to their workmanship. Will definitely engage again if I need any new doors.

Communication with Sandy is good. She is responsive to your messages and she is able to arrange her staffs within the week to attend to your door issue. However, you have to be 100% precise with her as to your requirement. Her quote to you is not 100% the total cost involved. Any small extra steps will involved extra charges. Take for example my case: My wife requests her staff to carry the door down the basement to file because she has allergic to dust and she charged me extra $50 for this. I understand that it is extra labour but to charge $50 to carry down the stairs. I feel that it is too much. Anyway I paid. What really pissed me off is that due to the filing of the door at the side, the paint works came off. Her staffs informed that they will come by to paint another day. 2 days passed and I didn’t hear back from her so I check in with her and to my dismay, she says that paint work is not part of the quotation and I have to pay extra to arrange for her staffs to paint the door. I meant that is understandable and given that when a price is quoted for the repair of the door, the paint to restore back to its original condition is a given! To her, it is not. So be extra careful when dealing with sandy.

Sandy Li (90089187) was always responsive and consistently on the ball. I reached out past 10pm and she immediately replied, even sending a guy down to my place the next morning. I did a complete home renovation and replaced 11 doors with Sandy, including; pocket sliding door (kitchen), exposed sliding door (bathroom), wood bifold door (walk in wardrobe), aluminium top-track bifold door, regular wood casement doors. Sandy patiently explained all the material options, from solid wood to regular plywood, as well as possible add-on hardware such as rubber strips and drop-down bottom seal to improve sound-proofing (we sometimes take calls late at night and kids often get up very early, so soundproofing was important). I was particular about matching the veneer on my doors to my wood cupboards, and Sandy went the extra mile to source wood veneer from the same supplier as my carpenter. When she noticed the wood veneer patterns were not looking good, she flagged it to me and together we re-selected a new batch of wood veneer. Along the 2 month journey, Sandy was very good at spotting issues and proposing solutions, even if sometimes she can be a bit impatient. After installation, post-sales service remained timely and reliable. Her installers (Malaysian Chinese) were also friendly and competent. Sandy’s pricing was fair and quality was good. Would recommend Sandy to anyone seeking a speedy and quality door job!

Product wise, excellent range. Managed to find a door with very close colour and wood grain as my original door. Price not the lowest but service was prompt and delivery was on time. They went all out to source the right model of door hydraulic arm and also send in a lock smith to dismantle the digital door lock and fix to new door. Workers that installed the door came on time ( a rarity these days !) and did a good job. Mr LIM, Hougang.

Our main door had sagged from age and scratched our marble floor. We didn’t know if the door or the door frame needed to be replaced to resolve the issue. Brandon from Li Door was patient in explaining the different options. In the end, Li floor managed to resolve the problem and realigned the door without having to do costly replacement. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty because they could have easily told us a replacement is necessary and we will be none the wiser.

It has been a pleasant and amazing experience with Li Door. I engaged 1 contractor to help me fix my screws on my wooden door and it got worst and could not closed. Li Door, Sandy understand my urgency and got his team to arrive first thing in the morning and settled within 10mins. In addition, nice toilet door fixed up without any issues. Indeed a very reliable supplier. 👍👍👍

Worst customer service ever come across in Singapore! Call to ask about wooden doors in the website, lady said the website photo is back dated and expensive, insisted me to WhatApps her so as to send me the latest Aluminum door video. I wanted a wooden door and she is pushing a Aluminum door thinking I am up to class to buy one! When I call her again to say I am not interested in the ugly looking aluminum door that will not match my master bedroom and still want a quote of the wooden ones her response was totally negative and cant even wait for me the measure my existing door. Singapore still have plenty of company selling doors, so do not waste your effort with this sub sub standard service.
