The service is great. Price of the doors and gates are reasonable. The company has a wide variety of doors/ gates to choose from. Jackson , the sales personnel explained in detail the products and gave good advice. No hard selling. When there was a delay( a few hours) in the delivery of product he told me the reason and ensure that the products sent were in accordance to our needs. Very professional in dealing with his customers. The workers who installed the doors/gate were meticulous in their work, ensuring that the gate/doors were installed properly. Overall excellent service.

Quality of the door is terrible and inferior to other brands. Doors started to rot and peel just 3 weeks after installation. Material is thin and noise pass through easily. We had to engage another company to replace our doors. Price is also not transparent on their website. They will quote you a bunch of other top ups during the discussion. It ended up 150% of the original price. Proceed only if you like to waste money

Highly recommend Jackson! He is an extremely professional and knowledgeable door consultant who truly goes the extra mile for his customers. He provided us with detailed advice, carefully understood our needs, and recommended the most suitable options instead of simply trying to sell us products. What impressed us most was his patience, attention to detail, and willingness to explain everything clearly. We felt very comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Excellent service and great expertise — definitely one of the best consultants we’ve met!

Was served by mr yi hen , a great service and highly recommended!!

Very irresponsible and rude salesperson. Completely ignored my enquiry and couldn’t even be bothered to respond. If this is their attitude towards potential customers, I have serious doubts about the level of service they would provide after receiving payment. Thankfully, I didn’t engage them. Saved myself from potentially bigger problems later.

Was served Yi Zhen when we came over with short notice on a Sunday. He was extremely patient, and knowledgeable. The showroom itself had many options for us to view before we made our decision to proceed with hiring Imperial Doors for our door and gate needs! Now count down till installation day begins! Very excited.

Excellent one stop shop vendor that sells really nice designs for door, gate, digital lock with great workmanship. When there’s queries/issues raised, salesman (Jackson) and staff help to investigate and rectify quickly. Service is top notch, with transparency and updates on the process. Salesman is very responsible throughout the whole process, putting customer’s interest as key priority which we really appreciate and we hardly see this throughout renovation process working with many vendors. Will definitely recommend Imperial Door to family and friends! Look for Jackson - definitely not need to worry for your door works & no headache! 👍

Had my bedroom doors, bathroom doors and main replaced by Imperial Door recently. The whole process was highly efficient, with on-point site measurements and a clean installation. The solid laminate finish is scratch-resistant and great for Singapore's humid climate. Kelvin was extremely helpful and patient with our queries. The installers were professional and efficient. We had also purchased Lockin digital door lock from them, which is great value too!Great quality and totally worth the investment within our budget.

Just popped by on 8/7/26 at 2:50pm with hopes to get some doors and possibly a gate. Unfortunately once we stepped in, there's no one who attended to us, gave them a chance as we saw most of the staff in the office. Went to walk & see their products, touch & feel, but still no one attended. Gave up and walked out. Maybe not our luck 🤷♂️

I visited the Woodlands showroom today evening, 29 June to look at door gate and had a very pleasant experience. When I entered the showroom, I was greeted by 3 friendly salesmen, which made me feel welcomed right away. Kelvin immediately stepped forward to assist me and provided excellent service. He showed me samples of the mild steel doors and patiently answered all my questions in great detail. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel rushed. The whole process was fast and efficient. He also explained the timeline clearly, including the date for taking measurements of my existing door and the estimated installation date for the new gate. I truly appreciated his patience, efficiency, and helpful attitude, which made my visit enjoyable. Thank you Kelvin and the staff for the excellent customer service!

I would like to express my appreciation to Jakson for his outstanding after-sales service. Even after about one year, he was still willing to arrange and help to adjust my main gate door, which had become slanted over time. He took the time and effort to instruct the installer and ensure everything was working properly again. It is rare to find someone who remains so responsive and committed to customer satisfaction long after the job is completed. Superb service, professional attitude, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommended. Thank you, Jakson!

One star is given for the after sale services. Seem like rust and old handle after installation doors and we have not even moved in. Called them with no response, only after few days, sale guy Jackson said will arrange to get it change, however no action was taken again. Truly a very unpleasant after sales support from him

Attended by Jackson and he was very responsive and knowledgeable about the products he's selling. We went to many companies to check out doors for our new house and only Jackson was able to help us customise our gate and door to what we want at a very reasonable price (due to promo). End up we bought 3 bedroom doors, fire-rated door, gate and digital lock. Tho there were minor hiccups, Jackson was able to provide a solution for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with Jackson.
