Very nicely done, thanks to Sam and the two gentlemen who did a great job. It took them half a day to complete the installation. The material looks good and study, workmanship is great too. The dark grey glass is really dark though, not sure should add solar film or not. Overall very satisfied with this company. Highly recommend....

Highly recommend Sam if you’re looking to install bifold swing toilet doors! The doors look beautiful and have completely transformed our bathrooms. What impressed us even more was the service. From the first enquiry to the installation, communication was always prompt, clear, and friendly. Sam was professional, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. Recently, we accidentally broke the latch mechanism on one of the doors. Recently did a replacement for all my windows and toilet doors. Communication with Sam was smooth and efficient. He is professional and provided sound advice to cater to our needs and issues. No upselling , in fact a very honest sales person. Quotation was quick. We made a visit to the showroom and we were sold by his professional explanation of the various products. While there was some hip-up during installation, Sam was quick in resolving the issues. Good workmanship , kudos to the installation team. Great communication and exceptional installation at a very reasonable price. I engaged ZGH to replace some of my existing windows. Spoke to Brad who provided an estimated quote and arranged for an onsite inspection. Installation was arranged and completed in a week. The installers were experts at removing my existing windows and replacing them. I was also impressed that they took extra care when handling their equipment. Also appreciate that they took time to clean up the floor following installation. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering renovation works.

Don’t usually do reviews but would like to commend Sam from Ziam Gei Huat for his outstanding customer service. I changed all my windows with ZGH and Sam was very patient throughout, guiding me through my choice of windows as well as addressing my questions. There was a slight hiccup/miscomm when I amended one my window orders but Sam took ownership without hesitation and rectified the issue promptly. I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I decided to get my toilet doors and extractor fan with ZGH as well. Again, Sam was very patient and helpful in guiding me through the many options and designs. The price for ZGH is competitive and the quality of the product is good. Going with ZGH is one of the better choices we made for this reno process! Would recommend them and Sam’s services without reservation

Loved our new slide and swing windows! A little on the pricier side but I think it's worth it because I can now clean both sides of the window without having to reach outside the window. They also offered a wide range of colors for us to choose from, including non-standard colors like ivory and beige. They were also fast in arranging for it to be installed, including a rather last minute order for my toilet windows.

I had an issue of a cracked glass in my bathroom window pane with a ventilation fan. Contacted Ziam Gei Huat (HDB Approved) for consultation, advice and quotation. They promptly followed up with an appointment for taking measurements within the same day. The price they quoted for the glass replacement works was also fair and reasonable (best of a few contacted contractors). The technical staff performing the work came on time and the process proceeded smoothly. They were professional, polite and worked effectively to ensure the installation would be completed quickly without any mess to my bathroom. They even checked and made precise adjustments to ensure that my window was opening and closing smoothly. Excellent service, 5/5 ⭐! Been 2 weeks since we installed sliding windows at our balcony and every glance at the balcony, everytime we step in screams WE LOVE OUR WINDOWS! finally found something that doesn’t block our view and adds a different vibes to the entire area. Windows glides smoothly and is able to block noise from outside. Definitely a must have if you want both view and shelter. Customer service from Sam and his team is at another level. Not pushy at all and gives good advice on what to and not do. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality + good customer and after services.

From the initial site visit for measurements to the final installation, the entire experience was FLAWLESS. They are highly knowledgeable and provided GOOD recommendations for window grills and layouts. Their installation followed all the strict safety guidelines, as firstly I engaged them for my balcony window. The new windows look so good, I added on to replace other windows and grilles in the house and even my toilet door which looks really great, are sturdy, operate perfectly and most importantly reasonable costs. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO SAM for his super amazing service and standards! Best person I've dealt with during my renovation, even gave me a pleasant surprise with curved edges for my shower glass. 🤩 Will definitely engage them again for future renovations and even recommend them around to anyone I know changing windows!

Should have stuck to window installation only… I initially engaged Brad and team for my service yard casement windows during my BTO renovation and had a good smooth installation experience (5 stars for this, similar to others’ experience if I had stopped here). Communication at the start of the project was also good — Brad was responsive and gave me confidence to continue engaging them for additional works, specifically a sliding door and flushed doors. Unfortunately, my experience with the doors turned out to be vastly different. For the sliding doors, instructions conveyed to Brad were not followed properly by his team on the ground at all. Requested for a thicker frame to account for a piping that I would need to route to my living room. This wasn’t done, and eventually led to a rework and result that had to hack a bit into the wall (see photos) For the flushed doors, the experience was more than disappointing. The final product was unplastered and the gap around the door was much larger than expected, looking extremely different from the marketing photos shown and contradicting the very definition of a flushed door. When I first raised my concerns, I was told that this is how it is, and client should be the one plastering the wall… Only after further feedback did they offer rectification and mention that they would “incur the extra cost on their end,” even though this honestly felt like something that should already have been included from the start for a flushed door nonetheless. Coordination Timing was also an issue — there was one occasion where the team did not show up despite us waiting at the unit for the morning, only to be told around lunchtime that they are not coming anymore. On other occasions, they also did not arrive at the agreed timing and often came suddenly 1-2h earlier than expected. The whole process felt unnecessarily fragmented and lacking coordination. For example, separate trips had to be arranged just for measurements — one trip for the sliding doors and another for the flushed doors — even though these could reasonably have been coordinated together?? To be fair, the final workmanship after rectification + price was acceptable. However, the overall experience for the doors — communication, coordination, and execution — was unpleasant enough that I regret engaging them for doors despite my good experience with their windows. Summary: window installations was a good experience but doors installation was thoroughly frustrating

Superb workmanship by ZGH! After heading down to several showroom, we are truly impressed by Brad's service and we decided to engage him to change the window for our entire house. Brad is very responsive and managed to arrange for onsite measurement within 2 days and even get the permit approval within 3 days followed by installation was done within 10 days. Impressive workmanship by Brad and his team! His team arrived promptly as per the agreed timing and completed the window installation for the entire house as well as the cement touchup within a day. Kudos to the team for even helping to clean up our house after installation. We are glad that we chose the magic bifold windows for our living room, definitely a good buy.
