We engaged HomeNet to set up our home wifi after moving back post renovation. Their response was very fast and the service rendered by Mr Ahmad was very professional. He was friendly, patient and assuring especially when helping to set our wifi to be compatible with our new vacuum robot (we are first time users for vacuum robot). Fast and efficient service delivery. Were able to come down to do an onsite inspection to help diagnose and troubleshoot less than 24hrs after pinging them on WhatsApp. Din was quick to workout optimal placement of my hardware, and help resolve chronic network connection issues that had been troubling us for weeks. The home network is now working faster and more stable than before. Would highly recommend their service.

I googled and called Home Network Solutions in a panic at close to 9pm last Thursday, as my TV connection was abruptly disconnected. Din (whom I later realized owns the company) responded immediately, asked quick questions about the issue I was facing with my TV connection and made the visit to my home within 30 minutes. All this despite the fact that their business hours usually end at 9pm - most business owners would have suggested a next-day appointment. In fact, he did not even mention this until I asked him about his business operation hours. Once he arrived, Din thoroughly assessed the situation and quickly but accurately determined that the router was faulty. He then spent just another 15 minutes or so fixing it - to my absolute relief as I had to leave for another appointment shortly after. Throughout the session, Din was the epitome of professionalism, technical expertise and unflappable positivity - all of which really put me at ease. WiFi was down and restarting doesn’t seem to help. Called them at 6pm and Din came down at 8pm. Saw the problem right away and rectify quickly with new routers and set it up neatly. He does everything for you. Extremely helpful and professional. Great service overall.

Home Net has been my trusted go to provider for the last 5 years. My Ubiquity network at home was set up by the team and I recently upgraded to Wifi7 and upgraded the hardware with minimal downtime. Overall the service and quality was too notch. Highly recommended.

Din was good, very efficient, sorted out what I needed. H recommended the type of Mash Router I needed and matched the deal I found on Amazon. It’s a little pricy for his service fees, but one stop and fix all, pervers purchased and fix the CCTV. Good service and deserves a 5 stars service.
