First time engaging household service elite for HIP post cleaning. Rod Chan and Win arrived on time and were very polite and focused throughout the cleaning. The driver, Ong was also very helpful and helped out too. Total duration was 9am to 6pm. However, there was only one cleaner left in the afternoon and certain parts were not as thoroughly cleaned which I can understand she may be tired due to long hours. Perhaps can consider remaining 2 helpers for the whole day so that one helper wont be as tired? Overall, still satisfied with the services from the cleaners and admin. :)

Engaged HSE for post-reno cleaning earlier this year and they did a fantastic job. Even though we had problems with our water supply, they found a way to fix the issue and my home was spotless at the end of their session. Very friendly, hardworking, and punctual. Will definitely engage again if i need any big cleaning services.

Have engaged them thrice for deep cleaning, once for post renovation and twice for annual spring clean. As we have cats the house gets quite dirty but we can always count on them to reset our house to a noticeably squeaky clean state.

I booked the Spring Festival cleaning a month in advance for today. The team was very professional, and the cleaners were experienced, so I didn't need to follow them around to guide them. They did everything I asked for, including cleaning areas that are usually difficult to clean, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I'm giving it four stars because, given the workload, we were a bit short-handed and short on time today, and we were a little rushed towards the end. Overall, I'm still very satisfied. Thank you to the whole team.

Really good service provided by company. They were able to change date according to our needs. Although I was disappointed that they only sent one person to do our post renovation cleaning, the person they sent Mr Husni worked really thorough and fast. He really did an amazing job. Thank you.

The cleaning crew were punctual and very detailed in their cleaning. When I went in to inspect the house at the end of the day, I was impressed by both the level of detail of cleaning, as well as how professional they were in ensuring that my feedback were addressed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a house cleaning crew!

First time engaging them for post HIP reno cleaning services. I found them through google and never regretted my decision. The team is professional, and remarkably excellent with their individual roles. I am impressed with the outcome and their efforts are noticeably visible by how clean and dust free my house is now. Made me feel so at ease like before. Their friendly and approachable demeanor makes it a wonderful experience altogether. Kudos and continue with the awesome work. Well done!

First time using house cleaning service, HSE’s quote is one of the lowest so i decided to give it a try for my new resale flat prior to moving in. It was initially arranged in the morning but a week before the actual day HSE texted me to change it to afternoon which I preferred as morning is too rush for me to rush down to my new resale flat from my current home. 3 personnel, a male supervisor ijud and 2 younger female, turn up on the day with their equipment. They started around 3pm and finished close to 6pm. The house smelled clean & fresh when I stepped in, the areas which I pointed out are quite well cleaned, when I feedback certain areas to the male supervisor ijud, he offered some advice and even returned the next day to provide additional service to ensure I was satisfied with the cleaning job. His service excellence & going the extra miles is impressive. Thank you ijud, keep up the good work!

Post Renovation Cleaning Service. Overall quality of cleaning service was good. Kudos to the amazing trio - Ijud (Supervisor), Minh & Yin² for their professionalism. Multiple areas of improvements for the management team in terms of (1) resource planning and (2) staff competencies. For (1), cleaning works only started 1.5 hr later due to works delay at previous site. 2x part-time crew (excluding supervisor) were assigned for my slot, they were unsure of the required tasks onsite. 2 hours in, the 2x part time staff took their leave, leaving behind 1x supervisor who sourced for an additional 1x regular crew and had to drive to pick up another crew (3 pax team). The scheduled service started at 1300H and ended at 2100H due to multiple delays and hiccups. For (2), later i found out that the 2 part time staff had prior "cleaning experienced" but did not went through any company training for the required tasks - this as a post-renovation cleaning service, not regular domestic cleaning. The supervisor had to re-clean the area that was assigned to the part-time crew after inspection.

Great cleaning service, really clean and in detail. Behind doors and cabinets, ceiling, corners very well cleaned. Man-hours can be improved as it extended for 3 hours. Total cost was $540 during CNY peak. Special shout out to all 3 Ildru, wyn(Myanmar girl) and I forgot what's the Vietnamese guys name. But many thanks for giving my home a much cleaner and fresher feel. Well done ! 👍👍
