Very bad customer service managing complains. I lodge a complain on the helper who causes scratches on my toilet bowl. The agent said I could submit the quotation to them for full refund. As it took a while for me to get quotation for the fixes, they mention will close the ticket and I could re open again once I got the quotation.
But after I got the quotation , The agents said could not find the history log ! Ridiculous! Then one agent finally said can find but they couldn’t honoured the full refund for the fixes! Only do partial refund for the services fee. Super disappointed and unhappy with the service and agony caused ! Gonna condemn them.

Last min cancellation within 1 hour of scheduled time when arrangements and plans have been made.
Clearly helper is choosing their own job now.
Could have been nicer if she can tell us nicely that she can’t complete based on her own incapability or experience. Based on my many years of experience with UC with various helpers, they are able to achieve it. Even if those adhoc, they say they will try and if can’t it’s understandable cos it’s their first time.
This helper is outright rude.
And I got to set some expectations before they come cos some helpers rly take their time and stay in toilet for 30 mins. My house is relatively clean with just weekly maintenance and wiping down

The technician damage my room flooring and despite their own contractor confirmation that flooring has to be replaced, the company refuse to take responsibility and quoting company policy, only offered to waive the aircon servicing cost. The foamjet servicing by the way is of no good and ended up doing chem wash instead. Never going to use any of this company's service, with such irresponsible conduct
