After installing my new aircon with JEX recently, i find that the cooling was a bit slow and called them for advice, the customer service Jack patiently assisted with all my enquires and went all his way out to help me rectify the situation with an upgrade, at a reasonable price. Honestly, my experience with JEX is so far the best with any air con company, not only their customer service is amazing and obliging, they also have an very good technical team who do their work meticulously and not in a rushed manner, very professional and very polite team. They do not upsell and all prices are transparent and as stated on website, and they genuinely offer their best pricing and best service to you. I have the a really good experience and would recommend them to everyone. As for me, i'm definitely ready to engage them for future servicing contract!

Replaced a system 2 aircon , Rajah and team came and did a good job , they covered up everything for us and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. They were also patient when I requested them in adjusting the position of the aircon to ensure good alignment. I was worried after installation that the air con was not cold, Rajah patiently explained to me and assured me they will be around and wait until the aircon turns cold. A very meticulous and professional team - highly recommended!
