Excellent service from Koomax Engineering. William and his team did a fantastic job carrying out a very thorough chemical wash on both of my air-conditioning units. They took the time to properly inspect and clean the systems rather than rushing through the job, and the difference afterwards was remarkable — both units are now cooling and running like new again. I had previously tried several other aircon companies without fully resolving the issues, so I’m really glad I finally found Koomax. They were knowledgeable, honest, reliable and professional, and I never felt that they were trying to recommend unnecessary repairs or replacements. Special thanks to William and his team for the excellent workmanship and attention to detail. I would definitely use Koomax again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy aircon company in Singapore.

I had a great experience with Koomax and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable air conditioning servicing. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and sense of responsibility shown by their team. ( William and Francis ) After completing the servicing, I noticed a small issue and contacted them. Without any hesitation, they arranged for their technicians to return and rectify the problem. Everything was resolved promptly and completely hassle-free. This level of after-sales service is something I rarely experienced with previous air-con servicing companies.Their workmanship gave me confidence that the job was done properly. I would also like to commend Alice from customer service. She was very responsive, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. Excellent customer service like hers makes a huge difference .The quality of workmanship, excellent customer service, and strong commitment to making things right make them well worth the price. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely stands behind its work. I will definitely continue using Koomax and won’t hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Koomax Air Service has a really wonderful team — very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. The admin team replies to WhatsApp messages quickly and effectively, making communication smooth and hassle-free. The technicians who come for the servicing are friendly, cheerful people who are also very professional in their work. I did a regular aircon servicing one week back, and despite regular cleaning, when some issues came up afterward, the team came the very next day and addressed everything quickly and promptly. Very happy with their professional, reliable, and approachable service. Kudos to the team!

Had a great experience with Koomax for my aircon servicing! The technicians arrived on time, were professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They did a thorough wash and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. My aircon is now blowing much colder air and runs more quietly. Prices were reasonable and no hidden charges. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable aircon servicing in Singapore! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just had all 3 of my airconds serviced by Koomax. Booking was a breeze, and they even sent a friendly reminder before the appointment. The team arrived earlier than scheduled and carried out the servicing professionally and efficiently—everything done in just about 50 minutes. Definitely using them again next time.

This is definitely not an April Fool's joke. I'm amazed by Koomax's cleaning service. The air conditioner in this room hadn't been properly ventilated, causing it to leak. Two professional technicians worked together for 30 minutes and cleaned the room thoroughly, leaving the floor spotless.

Just had my aircon serviced ytd by Koomax for the 1st time. It was great and I couldn't have asked for more. The technicians, Francis and William were quite punctual. Both of them were very efficient, professional fast and thorough. Though I paid the promo price of $28 plus 9% gst for 1 unit each, they showed their professionalism and didn't cut corners while servicing my 2 aircons. Very happy to have engaged their service. Highly recommended Koomax for those who wants a change of aircon servicing companies. And kudos to Ms Alice, the coy staff. She was so efficient too who attended to my queries. She was clear and precise. Keep it up, Koomax.

Engaged their service for quite awhile. Scheduling the appointment was always fuss free and easy. Special thanks to Peter, who was very thoughtful enough to remind the elderly at home to be careful of the wet toilet flooring after they washed the aircon. Their price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend Koomax!

Koomax recently installed a new aircon at my mother's place and also provided maintenance service for my own unit in the Punggol area. I would like to share my experience with the new installation. The installation process was seamless and efficient. The technicians arrived on time, were respectful of our property, and ensured everything was clean and tidy before they left. They also took the time to explain the new system's features and maintenance requirements, which I greatly appreciated. What stood out most was their attention to detail and dedication to quality work. Koomax exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning services. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer care are truly top-notch. Thank you, Koomax Engineering, for making this a stress-free and positive experience. Regards , Luqman
