Contacted the vendor in the morning at 8+, requested for same day servicing. Their response was prompt and accurate - came at 2 when they said that they will be here between 2-4. Pleasant service all around!

Staffs are dishonest and unprofessional. Before removing the air con for chemical wash quoted me one price but after service charged me another price higher (and he doesn’t admit he quoted me the lower price earlier). Also, another staff smoke e-cigarettes during washing the main unit outside. Most impt is when I get another company for servicing, the technician complains what did your last serving do? Screws all got missing and some parts of the air con never get cleaned ! I have never experience such a poor a/c servicing in Singapore. I wonder if the earlier reviews are fake.

Time given was 3-5pm. Technicians did NOT arrive in stated time. I had to message the whatsapp hotline to get more information. They told me that the technicians could only come in at 5.35 AFTER I asked at 5pm. Can't say how good the service is if they never bloody show up.

2 unit service done by Karthik arrive at 9.37am and done 10.01am (Super fast). For $55 service was very basic, it was cheap but…. Not sure why did not remove casing to clean. just lift front cover to clean and vacuum and wash mesh only. Maybe I should consider for other detail servicing clean for future serving….

Very professional technician! Ah Di is very punctual and assisted me with the aircon servicing. As I was rushing for time and informed Ah di, he is very efficient and well versed as he could dismantle the aircon and take out the blower to wash in a very short time. Thank you Ah Di and Airmaxx!

Requested for them to remove my aircon system and the team that came did a splendid job. From the removal of units, piping and casing and patching of holes all was done with care and consideration to the home. Cleanup was spotless and they engage us to ensure quality is to our requirement. Totally professional.

Texted to ask for appt on Fri night due to issues with Master bedroom aircon. 2 technicians came down the next morning to check, fix and reservice. They said no payment necessary as it was less than 3 months since the last service, falls under their guarantee. Aircon's working again. Will definitely engage their services again. Highly recommended.

Contacted them on 28/9 morning, managed to get a slot on the same day in the evening. Technician Ah Di is very knowledgeable and fixed my aircon issue by doing chemical wash for my room's fancoil. Price is reasonable. Not pushy and no upselling. will continue to engage them in the future! Highly recommended.

Today is 16th Sept 2023. I have called for normal servicing for 1 unit of aircon and compressor chemical wash at Tampines Central 7. The technician is a very young man. He is very experience, friendly, honest and professional. He even advised me to do overhaul for my aircon Instead of normal service and inform down floor to keep their clothes and close their windows. Thank you for been meticulous in details. Recommended company.
