Didn't had a very good experience with the company. The in-charge on the day of moving was unprofessional and made unnecessary personal comments about us having "too many stuff" given the size of our house, even asking about my occupation to afford these hobbies, intruding into my personal space. While we negotiated the pricing for the big items and they were generous for agreeing to help move some of the loose items such as the kid scooters and bicycles at entrance, the moving team forgot about them on the day itself. When highlighted to the coordinator, there was no resolution. I troubled a friend to make 2 trips with his car just to move them to my new place. During the 2nd phase of my moving, the moving team once again left out items. I had to call the coordinator for them to return to assist with the disposal of those items previously agreed. In fact, the team left without even verifying with the owners that the job is completed. For both instances, we just found out that they were no longer around.

Had engaged HR Movers to move my house 3 years ago. Had just engaged them to uncart, carry furniture and assemble. They did a good professional job. While assembling the furniture from taobao, they had furthered strengthened it with extra screws. Good job for a professional service. Trustworthy as I expected from previous experience. Keep up the good work. Well done.

The team was extremely efficient and what could have been a job for most of the day, they wrapped up in about 3 hours. While the speed is great, it was impressive how much care they took to make sure all our stuff was transported safely.

The staff are very diligent and fast in their work. Very helpful, polite and are careful when moving the things. Well organized in the packing. Though is a tough job which required much physical strength, the staffs worked well as a team.

One of the better move experiences Ive had. The team came to our home and were super professional and the team leader was very efficient with handling of our goods, boxing our items, removing our furniture and eventual stowage of our home into a storage unit. If we our next move is NOT internationally then we will utilize their services to go back into another domestic home without hesitation.

I have engaged them for moving services. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. As I have 2 locations to pick up the items so they have planned the route well to reach the final location in time. Movers were very fast, efficient and handle the items carefully. The fees are reasonable. Overall I am very happy and satifised with the services they provided.

I contacted Esther through a neighbour to help dismantle a large wardrobe for disposal. She sent her workers promptly on the next day. Despite the screws wearing out, her workers managed to dismantle the cupboard piece by piece and remove from site. Kudos to her team for the hard work! Erik

I recently had a fantastic experience with this moving company. Their team exhibited exceptional care in handling our furniture, meticulously dismantling bedframes and wrapping all items securely onto their trolley. Notably, their attention to detail stood out when handling delicate pieces like a teak wood cupboard and a piano. Moreover, the convenience of providing them with the passcode rather than going down to the Storhub (storage facility) made the entire process hassle-free. I highly recommend their services for a smooth and stress-free move.

Have engaged HR movers when I was moving to my new house, I strongly recommend them. Compared to the movers that I used before , they are not your regular movers. They will go down your house for site survey, give you consultation and advice on how to pack your stuff. This is important as everyone has different kind of items in their house and they way to pack it is different. At the same time, it can help them to be more efficient during time. The day before the move, they will come down to double confirm what are the items we are moving and stack them properly. On the day of moving, everything is loaded and moved very efficiently and organised. From the stacking and moving, everything is done professionally to avoid damaging our stuff. Definitely will recommend them to my friends and families who are shifting house.

I am extremely pleased with the HR shifting team. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and efficiency throughout the entire process. The day before the scheduled shift, they came to my house and wrapped my furniture with great care. On the day of the move, they swiftly loaded everything onto the truck and maintained an organized process throughout. Despite having limited resources in terms of vehicles and manpower, they completed the move in a remarkably short amount of time. Overall, I highly recommend their services. My personal experience was with shifting a 3-bedroom condominium in the East.

Highly recommended moving service. Esther (overall coordinator) is very knowledgeable and applies her expertise in all scenarios so that I am well covered. I needed extra help and she showed up personally with her team at short notice. Esther was able to determine how much space I needed from photos & information I sent. Her team helped to pack and arrange my furniture and boxes to maximise the space without having to pay more for a larger unit - it was definitely well utilised! Above all, none of my items were damaged - including fragile items like crockery and even bottles of champagne. I could trust her team with my valuables as well. Her team was on time and efficient. Reduced a lot of the stress of moving. Besides offering a great moving service, Esther also is customer centric in providing mental support and assurance during the moving process. Will 100% engage her in the future.
