Arrogant and poor service attitude. Engage them if you want rude technicians who are full of themselves. Do not opt for annual contract. Update: Evident from how they respond to criticisms. Look at 1 star review and you will get the picture. Case in point. Joke 🤣

Excellent service from iAircon! A big thank you to Eric and Evan for the outstanding work. They serviced all three of my air conditioners professionally and thoroughly, and I am very pleased with the results. Eric and Evan were punctual, friendly, and took great care during the servicing. They paid attention to the details, cleaned the units properly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Their professionalism and dedication truly impressed me. Recently engaged iAircon.sg for servicing, but unfortunately the after-sales experience was extremely disappointing. To be fair, the technicians were knowledgeable and seemed technically experienced. However, the professionalism and customer service behind the business did not match the image portrayed on social media at all. After the servicing, one of my aircon units continued making blower noises. Since the unit was still under warranty, I asked the original retailer to inspect it and their technician informed me that the blower may have been fixed incorrectly during the previous servicing. When I contacted iAircon.sg, the initial response was fine and they arranged for technicians to come down quickly. However, the communication afterwards became increasingly defensive, arrogant, and sarcastic instead of solution-focused. After informing them that the aircon started leaking following their inspection, I received replies such as “So book for servicing lo 😂”. Eventually, I was also told not to book with them anymore because they were “not interested” in handling my aircon issues moving forward. As a customer who remained polite throughout the conversation, the way the matter was handled felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The experience gave the impression that customer service only matters when things are smooth, but once issues arise, the attitude changes completely. I am sharing this review based strictly on my personal experience and the actual messages exchanged between myself and the company. Technical knowledge alone is not enough. Professionalism and accountability matter too. Would not engage their services again and would not recommend them to others based on this experience.

One year contract. On the last servicing, 2 men came and left in 10 minutes. Saying they had cleaned 2 units. Wow this is the fastest servicing I have experienced. Caveat emptor. Am I signing up for 1 more year? With this kind of service? What will you do?

We engaged Uncle Eric after watching his video, and he’s very knowledgeable and generous in sharing aircon maintenance tips. After the first service, we signed up for his quarterly servicing plan. He may not be the cheapest, but I’m sure your aircon will be in tip-top condition after his service.

Once again, this team delivered exceptional A/C servicing(Dec2025). Their process is thorough—dismantling units, cleaning and vacuuming all components, and clearing drain pipes of any jelly-like blockage. The work is performed efficiently and with evident pride. A noteworthy touch was finding the cleaning area spotless after they finished. My highest recommendation to Uncle Eric, Evans(iAircon)

Long long long overdue review. The first time I used their service, everything went smoothly like rainbows. I was so pleased that I even considered signing a 1-year contract after my next servicing. So I booked them for the 2nd servicing. Just a day or 2 later, I asked the owner ONE simple question and he immediately got so defensive. I cannot remember what was the question cause its was some time ago. Anyway, that was enough for me — I don’t need toxic vibes or rude technicians in my home. I decided to cancel. After some back-and-forth, I eventually got my refund. Owner’s arrogant, noe-it-all attitude is soooo meh! P.S. Dont bother trying to trace my booking — its been a while.

Let them service my new set of aircon 2 years ago, after 2 years of servicing work, i guess I am in a better position to leave a comment on their work. Servicing work not very thorough, sees a potential problem early on but did not suggest solution to solve it. As time goes by jelly builds up in the coil that results in aircon dripping water despite quarterly servicing. So I decided to seek advice from my previous aircon guy for second opinion , so now I am choosing to replace the blower to a new set instead of the chemical wash option, cost much more but it’s better than a chemical wash.

Very prompt service and value adding from Eric and team. First round delayed due to some held up but came promptly and serviced the aircon well. Definitely recommended and go to the next time.

Owner maybe knowledgeable about ACs but you will be at mercy of maintenance team who comes to your place. In my case, a dispute on who is responsible for broken AC flap .. discovered only after maintenance team has left. (It’s standard to leave AC on for few minutes after cleaning so you wont know anything is wrong, until AC is switched off, and lo and behold, flap doesnt close and they are long gone by then) No alerts, heads-up or feedback from maintenance team who came. They gave a report that all is fine (see attached screenshot of report), until I saw the flap that wont close and reported this via their whatsapp channel. Suddenly, their team has feedback on nerf bullets etc found on the AC during cleaning, which is being attributed as cause. I didnt get any nerf bullets collected handed to me or left behind anywhere, so quite suspicious, isnt it? They also never reported finding my flap broken. They also cant provide picture proof of this either but just denies accountability. And they want me to shoulder both flap part and labour to replace it. Not even waiving off labour to show good faith and meet client halfway. What do you think of such a vendor. Would you engage them? I know I wont.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the top-notch service provided! From start to finish, the entire process of handling my air-conditioning units was done with exceptional professionalism and care. The team was punctual, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. I was especially impressed by their use of a large vacuum system — not only did it show their commitment to cleanliness, but they even lifted it carefully upon reaching the destination to ensure that our floors remained perfectly scratch-free. Uncle Eric himself was present during the servicing, and I truly appreciated the time he took to explain the issue of condensation. He patiently shared how and why it happens, and even gave me useful tips on how to prevent it in the future. It’s rare to find service providers who are both skilled and willing to educate customers along the way. Overall, a seamless and professional experience.
