   I chose IGC to do up my invisible grilles as their on-site assessment was detailed and they could get the job done fast, in 2 weeks time from confirmation. The workers did a nice job with the invisible grilles and surprisingly my home looks better than before. The workers were also considerate to my cat who needed a safe room to hide out in while they completed the other spaces. Thank you for the great work!

   Kevin has been very proactive and understanding with installing our window grills. He always tried his best to adjust to our needs. We mainly needed to get invisible window grills to keep our two cats safe. In our previous apartment one of our cats would still manage to squeeze between the grills. When I shared this with Kevin, his consultation was thorough and based on a lot of experience doing this for other households with cats. He recommended additional horizontal reinforcement grills but never tried to upsell. It actually was my idea to add additional horizontal reinforcement grills even though Kevin said it might not be necessary. Regardless of the additional labour and materials, Kevin always tried to give a discounted price when possible. He was very accommodating and honest about all my additional requests and queries. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for reassurance about their pets’ safety

   I requested quotes to dismantle an invisible grille from three different companies. This company came back at more than twice the expected cost. This hardly feels expat-friendly and gives the impression that overpricing is a well-practised skill.

    Disappointing experience with their invisible grille installation. Despite asking for advice on whether to paint before or after installation, they insisted painting first was best. This led to water stains on my freshly painted walls due to water trapped in the window frame, which was released when they drilled into it. When I raised the issue, their response was simply to “repaint it” – showing no accountability for the damage caused. The poor customer service and dismissive attitude, especially from Kevin, made matters worse. If you’re looking for a company that stands by their work and offers proper support, I would not recommend them.

    I recently installed the Invisible Grill and Insect Mesh in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The invisible grill gives my house a sleek, modern look without compromising on safety, and it provides a strong barrier while remaining discreet.     Was looking around for invisible grille and IGC came back with one of the more reasonable and detailed quote. Went down to their workshop where Brian explained about the grilles patiently and advised us on our needs. A follow up to home by Jonas was done where he took measurements and further explained thoroughly on their product. Installation was done on 14 Aug by Satish and Shankar. Both were courteous and did a quality job. All the staff were helpful at all times.

    Bryan came onsite to survey and provided detailed information on his recommendation from frame to colour to whether we should go with vertical or horizontal grille. Their installation team did an awesome work by keeping the place clean as much as they possibly could. They used vacuum during drilling and placed plastic sheets over bed as requested. Thumbs up!!!

    Installation was fast and smooth. The installers were punctual and professional. They prepared ground protection to lay their tools and capture metal scraps to protect our flooring even without us asking. Areas of concerns like sharp edges or burrs were sanded down and smoothened out. Communication with our sales rep was also very smooth and pleasant. Any queries we had was promptly answered and even went the extra mile to take photos and video of installation process so we can understand better before committing.

    I spoke to at least 5-7 other grilles companies and everyone told me they were unable to install invisible grilles since I had an existing zip track installed. Kevin and his team were the only ones who came down to assess my balcony without outrightly rejecting us/ telling us we had to remove our zip track in order to install the grilles. The team was very professional throughout the entire process - from consult, to managing our expectations and installation. Really appreciate the polite workers who came on time and cleaned up after they were done with the installation. Would highly recommend IGC anyone who is considering getting invisible grilles.     First contact was with Kevin. Appointment was fixed to make initial measurements in order for a quotation to be made. Kevin showed up punctually and was patient to explain the various different options of sliding and casement. Process was quick and smooth. Upon agreement of quotation, Kevin came in with a foreman for a second time to make a detailed measurement of every single window. Some minute details such as if I preferred 2 tracks or 3 tracks, etc were also discussed. After a lead time of about 3 weeks for the fabrication, they came in for the final fitting. The 4 workers handled the task professionally. The old grills were removed carefully before the installation of the new grills. Workmanship by the team was impeccable. All in, the experience with IGC has been seamless. They are professional and deliver as promised. Material and workmanship is excellent. They may not be the cheapest but if you are looking for quality, IGC is the company to look for. Engage them with confidence.

    Very responsive salesman (Ivan) and the installation men are professional. Be frank, this is the first time I experienced same day installation after I approved the quote (though is only one window grille). Hence, would like to thank them for their excellent and quick installation service, and I appreciate they helped me to put back the furniture & clean up the surroundings after the invisible grille installed. Highly recommended. It is the second time I have hired IGC to install invisible grill for my house. In terms of customer response, they have not disappointed me. I love their workmanship and post-installation service. They would help clear the place and move all the furniture back into place before leaving my premises. It is important to stress that I would like to pay tribute to one young boy who refused to accept my tip which he claimed was part of their job. I really admire his good work ethic.
