   Extremely disappointed with Jia Cleaning Service. The company markets itself as a professional cleaning service, but the reality was completely different. The prices are significantly higher than many competitors, yet the quality of work was shockingly poor. The cleaning felt rushed and superficial. Instead of a proper deep clean, it seemed like the cleaners simply came in, wiped a few visible surfaces, and left. There was very little attention to detail, and many areas that should have been cleaned thoroughly were either missed or poorly done. What is most frustrating is the huge gap between the price charged and the service delivered. When customers pay premium rates, they expect professional standards, experienced staff, and exceptional results. Unfortunately, Jia Home Cleaning Service delivered none of these. Overall, overpriced, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. I would not use their services again and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for genuine professional cleaning.

   Dear Zara, Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer feedback seriously and would like to provide additional context regarding this project. The agreed scope of work was for a 2-storey landed property comprising 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, approximately 10,256 sq ft in size. The project included two full days of indoor cleaning and half a day of outdoor pressure jet washing. To ensure the property was cleaned to the highest possible standard, our team went beyond the original scope and attended the property on multiple occasions: • 1 June – 6 service crew members deployed from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm • 2 June – 5 service crew members deployed from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm • 3 June – 3 service crew members returned to address additional stain concerns raised after completion • 4 June – Following sanding and varnishing works carried out by other contractors, fine dust was found throughout the property. Our team returned to reclean the affected areas at no charge out of goodwill. • 5 June – 5 service crew members attended once again to perform further cleaning prior to your move-in. Throughout the project, we remained responsive to all requests and returned multiple times to address concerns raised, even after the cleaning had been completed. Despite the significant additional manpower, extended working hours, and multiple return visits, we did not seek any revision to the originally agreed contract sum. We had also explained during the service that certain aged stains, wear-and-tear marks, and restoration-related issues may not be fully removable due to their condition. These areas were attended to on a best-effort basis, as no cleaning company can guarantee complete restoration where permanent staining, material deterioration, or damage has occurred. Given the substantial manpower deployed, the numerous follow-up visits, and the additional cleaning required after subsequent contractor works generated fresh dust throughout the property, we respectfully disagree with the statement that the work was rushed, superficial, or lacking attention to detail. We remain proud of the effort, professionalism, and commitment demonstrated by our team throughout this project and stand by the quality of service provided. Although we are unable to meet the expectations of every customer, we extend our best wishes to you and your family in your new home.    Despite the unit being in very poor condition, the team managed the entire process professionally and with great patience. They did not rush the work and instead took the time to carefully restore and complete everything step by step with proper attention to detail. Their dedication, workmanship, and responsible attitude truly showed throughout the job. I genuinely appreciate the hard work and effort put in by the team. Highly recommended for their professionalism and quality cleaning service.

   they sent 3 pax to wash a 3 room hdb which was good. however no local supervisor came down to see what they have done, but rather get the team to send the pict of the completed cleaning. being the owner i was not there the whole time- towards the ending i went to check the cupboard and sweep it with my hands - it was as if not clean and i seek them to reclean. also the kitchen floor was also not totally cleaned to my opinion.

   Super horrible service!! The manager, Jia En, has a very bad attitude. He used a blower and blow all the dust inwards and the dust were stuck behind the appliances. Asked him questions, he gave snobbish attitude. Initially, said 3-4 hours can complete, in the end finished at 10pm!! Their cleaning quality is also not thorough! Rushed through and missed out so many dusty areas. It's supposed to be a post renovation cleaning session! I have to engage another group of cleaners to redo everything! Apparently, this Jia En was unhappy that my ID did not pay him before the session! But hello! I made my payment to the ID company already!! That's between you and the ID!! You should still do your work professionally! Where is your professionalism!??!??!! Will definitely not recommend this company!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

   Our experience with Jia is pleasant! We took up the $480 post-reno cleaning. The unit was really dusty after all the electrical works, but they did a great job in cleaning the whole unit (even wipe down for our kitchen cabinets). The windows were thoroughly cleaned too. I didn't met the whole cleaning crew, but only one. He's very polite and patient when I did my checking. I've found some areas that have been missed out and mentioned it to him, he diligently took note of them and ensured they are cleaned before he leaves. And all the while, the boss has been very proactive in providing us the advice and updates that we need. It's very assuring. I believe the varied standards could be due to various cleaning teams, but I would still recommend Jia for cleaning services. If there's any unsatisfactory service, I would think that the boss is a reasonable person to work things out!

    Please do not VANDALISE all the HDB gates by pasting your flyers using TWO MASKING TAPES causing ALOT OF RESIDUES TO BE LEFTOVER and hard to clean off. JIa cleaning are you going to clean all our gates, then?? We will make a joint report with all the neighbours to town council regarding your actions if this happens one more time. Removed and then stick with your masking tapes again. You may be desperate for business but please stop your vandalism.

    Paid $480 to clean HDB 4 room, 4 youngsters came to clean. Did a terrible job, barely cleaned anything unless explicitly instructed to do so. Only did a “proper” job when the boss/supervisor was around. Simple task such as cleaning ceiling fan also wasn’t done. Asked to wipe some photo/picture frames, also wasn’t done properly. Terrible service for such a high price. Would not recommend at all.

    Engaged 'jia' to clean my new 4rooms BTO,paid $480 yet the house don't feel clean at all.i need to keep supervise the workers after they clean each room.corner of the window grills not clean,toilet floor grout line not clean at all,I can easily clean it off with a wet wipe,so i don't think they even scrub the toilet floor. After they left,my study room's fan was damage,it has sound when we turn it on.door knob being damage and fell off,when I texted them stil can tell me it is already not secure from the picture. Wasted my day and money for engaging them.will post in our estate telegram to prevent other owner uses their service.

    The Jia team did a great job sprucing up my home and steam cleaning the curtains in 5 hours. Am impressed with the young & cheerful team who managed the cleaning so professionally & systematically. This is a good cleaning company which I can trust & highly recommend.     Engaged them for end-of-tenancy cleaning after seeing their nice pro facebook videos but end result is totally disappointing and not professional. Crews shouting and cursing at each other ( heard from outside the unit when I opened my door, I am so worried they will get into a fight ), snack in my house ( I knew because the snack is left in my fridge and plus fridge not cleaned at all, I have photo proof ). Claimed started work from 11.30am and rushed to finish till 6.30pm because condo guards are chasing them. Even try to ask for overtime pay. The house is not even that dirty, 3 men cannot finish the promised tasks in 7 hours. Was shocked when we saw a layer of dust under the toilet cabinet, can you believe they didnt even rinse the toilet floor ? Wow immediately 4 more 5* reviews after my review, congrat you manage to push up your false rating again !

    Engaged the team @ Jia cleaning awhile back. They came in professionally and even earlier than our agreed booking! Super fast and professional and even my wife was super shocked at how dust free and shiny all the stainless steel and tiling was!! will recommend to all. One of the best in SG 🇸🇬

    Recommended my tenant for Tenancy Handover cleaning today. Job Not clean properly with Stains on the Floor, Toilet walls with Stains still, kitchen sink & walls with yellow Stains, Dirts left behind at drain cover, Balcony with some leaves and drainage with dirts as well. Quoted $380 for a 883sqft 2 Bed + Study Corner and this price is meant for bigger units 4 bed at 1200sqft. Still the house isn't clean properly. According to the Boss, they had done their jobs and fulfilled their duty for a 5hrs cleaning and that's it! What we've mentioned abv is extra deep cleaning and scrubbing which require to come for additional 2hrs at $150. We tried to clean the floor and the Stains (black mark) could easily comes off! if the cleaners applied pressure while moping, the Stains could come off easily. My Questions is, is "Jia" a professional cleaners with proper equipments and cleaning agent (detergents)? or they are merely providing 5hrs cleaning duty and job is considered done? if cannot be cleaned, pay extras after we complain as is deemed deep scrubbing?
