Good cleaning of 4a hdb. But I think need at least 4-5 hours of need more cleaning. Mine was just 3 hrs and I don’t think is enough for her to do anything else other than vacuuming and mopping and cleaning the 2 toilets. Also changing the bed sheets and wiping the tables and cabinets doors I. The kitchen. Will def engage super butler again but with more hrs. Thank you again.

I’ve been engaging Super Butler for regular bi-weekly home cleaning for the past 3 months, with Kamal as our regular helper. I decided it was time to leave a review as, after these few months, what stands out most is her consistency, efficiency and attention to detail. Over time, Kamal has become very familiar with our household needs and expectations. She works meticulously and pays attention to the little details without needing to be reminded. From the way she arranges the bedding, to neatly placing the toiletries in the washrooms, these little touches are always consistent. She is also thorough with areas that can easily be overlooked — such as wiping underneath the dining table and chairs, cleaning the doors, balcony sliding doors, as well as the main gate. These are things I don't have to specifically point out or remind her to do. What I appreciate most is that I don't need to give her detailed instructions each week. She knows our usual routine, understands the standard expected, takes initiative and gets on with what needs to be done independently. Most importantly, she is able to complete the cleaning thoroughly within the hours engaged, while still maintaining attention to all these little details. After having Kamal with us consistently over the past 3 months, I can confidently say that she is reliable, efficient, thorough and attentive to detail. Our bi-weekly cleaning is something we can depend on, and the home is always left fresh, clean and thoughtfully arranged. Very happy with our regular cleaning arrangement with Super Butler, and especially appreciative of Kamal’s consistent effort and care. 😊

I tried a new part-time cleaner this time, and I’m so glad I did! The kakak was surprisingly efficient and hardworking. After I gave her the list of tasks, she went through them one by one and completed everything quickly. What I really appreciated was that after finishing the tasks, she kept asking, “Is there anything else I can help with?” Very proactive and hardworking. Really happy with her service and would definitely recommend her!

I am posting this review not because the company asked me to or gave me a special discount. It’s my honest opinion. The helper assigned to us,Thu Thu did a great job and I cannot thank her enough. She was prompt and did a thorough job in cleaning. Appreciate it ! This is a great cleaning company and I would recommend this to anyone looking to clean their house
