I’ve been a long time customer of Alpha Kleen and their service and prices have stayed consistent all these years, which is hard to find these days. Recently had them clean my fabric sofa and both day and night curtains. The sofa looks and smells fresh, and the curtains came back soft with no residue left behind. No hassle with scheduling either - they turned up on time and handled everything neatly. They also did a complimentary clean on my arm chair. If you’re looking for reliable upholstery and curtain cleaning with honest pricing, Alpha Kleen is it. Will definitely book again next time 😊

Was trying to find a good company to wash my curtain as my curtain is hard to reach w my sofa getting into the way making it impossible to move the sofa away (sofa is super heavy need at least 2/3 man to carry). Compared a few company n finally intend to engage AlphaKleen Service. Without regret, my curtain did not wash for years, back part was all black. They came, managed to unhook my curtain, when is back hang it up is all clean n new! Very committed , responsible n professional company ! Thumb up 👍 Highly recommended ! Will engage them again for sure !

As the photos indicate AlphaKleen didn’t do a very good job with cleaning my mattress. The mattress wasn’t very dirty to begin with, but nonetheless I was still able vacuum out a good amount of dust from the surface a few hours after they completed the job. The crew came at 9:45 and were finished about 20 minutes later. I expected more but all they really did was use a water vacuum to vacuum the mattress twice. Afterwards when they poured the used water down the toilet, the water splashed everywhere, so i had to clean the toilet afterwards myself. Overall AlphaKleen was professional, and when I WhatsApp’d them afterwards they offered to come down again, but I already completed re-vacuuming the mattress myself so it was unnecessary. When people engage in a cleaning service and set aside time in their day the expectation is that it will be done well the first time, especially if you are charging $130 for 15 minutes of work. I do see AlphaKleen can be helpful if you have a truly dirty mattress and want someone else to clean it and I do think they are an honest company. But i recommend customers check their work. For my case, I guess I was expecting a more thorough job.

Wonderful experience with the boys from Alphakleen. They obviously know their job well and did a wonderful job cleaning my mattress of a coffee spill. The end result was as good as new. The job took only about half hour. Leaving us happy. Thank you Alphakleen.

Another efficient and earnest cleaning session for my L-shape sofa and 6 fabric chairs. Boss was here himself to do all the hard work, arrived right on time with text message reminder before that. Always enjoyed working with him - very polite and nice guy who will willingly share his knowledge in deep cleaning.

Searched on google to look for cleaning service company to clean mattresses, children car seats and curtains and saw a few with good reviews, but AlphaKleen is one with reasonable pricing. It is just about the competitive pricing, but they did the job professionally. They would update courteously on the cleaning by showing the dirt extracted and explaining certain details, e.g. using of suitable cleaning agent for children and hence its effectiveness. This is the first time we engaged cleaning service. We will certainly engage them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

We needed to clean our king sized foam mattress urgently (on the same day of request) and Alphakleen delivered within the same day and they did the job so quickly and professionally! It was really rewarding to see all the debris and dirt get washed out from what seemed to be a relatively new mattress. Thank you very much Alphakleen! Dextor and his co-worker were thorough and swift. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to give us an earlier timing because that meant we had more time to dry the mattress before we could sleep on it again.

We engaged the help of Alphakleen to clean our sofa and king-sized mattress - they were prompt in their arrival, very professional (they asked us to verify if the outcome was up to standard), and also meticulous in handling the items (even offered to help us shift the items back)! :) Thanks for the help!
