    I booked their deep mattress cleaning and one hour room cleaning service. The customer service team was really professional and responsive to my inquiries, and the staff who came were punctual, polite, and did their work well. The mattress had a slight smell afterward since it wasn’t dried completely, but they were very kind and arranged a complimentary re-cleaning right away.     TERRIBLE last experience to share. Read on. My first time using 6 Day cleaning services. Customer service level is exceptionally good - professional, patient and prompt in replying to all my questions. Contacted them yesterday and to my surprise, they blessed me with their quality helper within few hours of contact. The helper came earlier than scheduled today. She has super good initiatives, attitude, is polite and can speak English pretty well. Keep up the good work, 6 Day! Will recommend you to anyone who asks me for referral. UPDATE: Have been using their house cleaning service for a year now. Customer service is terrible and did not strive to improve despite feedback given. Reply has not been prompt, no acknowledgment of messages sent and no update to issue raised. Cleaning service standards are not consistent, showing lack of effective professional training. I was happy with only one regular cleaner they sent thus far but she has left. The last cleaner Chit was the worst as she lost a part of item while cleaning and denied seeing it. She didn’t complete the tasks and toilet cleaning skills were lousy, leaving big patches of powder residuals on the toilet floor and dirt on the walls. So I terminated the services with this company.

    WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst services I have encountered in my life!!!! The cleaning man was upset that we asked him to clean the hob filters (although this service was included in the package) and started being very aggresive while doing the cleaning. We told him that he will break them but he didn’t care. He broke the filters and now they are refusing to buy replacement. Please see how the floor looks after a ‘cleaning’ done by them.

Their post renovations cleaning material n detergents they bring Also just normal tools from supermarket can get. , manager lucas lip service but himself doesn't have technical experience in cleaning . waste time

    Really impressed by their services . My ID screwed up my kitchen flooring will cement and deep dirts . Took their services after enquiring alot of things with six days cleaning . They manage to spot the right solution to soften the dirt and hard cement. They even came twice with no additional cost cos they can't get rid of the cement 100% and they wanted to ensure they do the job right.. after the 2nd time flooring achieved 90% done . This is considering my ID did chemical cleaning and was like a waste no changes . Really good service and customer oriented. Thanks will recommend to others who require such deep cleaning .

    TLDR; Super poor service - hired to relieve workload of parents but ended up adding more to them! Would NOT recommend! ___ I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the cleaning service I recently received. My experience was far from what I had anticipated: 1. The service I got was deep cleaning. But the cleaning was barely surface level. Even the following day, the house was still dusty. My parents ended up spending their weekend cleaning up, which defeats the purpose of hiring a professional service to alleviate that burden. 2. The supervisor made a brief appearance at the start and then vanished, only returning after the job was completed. It was unclear what his purpose was, as his presence did not contribute to the quality of the work at all. 3. The cleaning was completed in just 2.5 hours (from 5 to 7:30 pm), despite having paid for a full 4-hour service. If the job had been done well within that time, it might have been acceptable, but given the poor quality, this was especially disappointing. 4. The staff came before the Supervisor arrived and asked us for bucket and cleaning materials. Had to call Lucas to clarify which is when he said the Supervisor was on his way with the items. There was no communication between Supervisor and the staff, so again, whats the point of the Supervisor? 5. None of the staff members could speak English, which made communication nearly impossible and added a lot of frustration to the process. Despite this, my mum went out of her way to clear the area for them to clean, but GUESS WHAT, they simply moved the items back WITHOUT actually cleaning 👏 6. On the day of dust-proofing, the supervisor arrived with only one assistant who proved to be unhelpful. The quality of work was subpar, and I had to correct several issues the following day, even before the actual HIP began. The company asked for feedback via WA and I reached out to them on 30th Jul regarding these issues, and they assured me they would escalate this to management and get back to me. There was no immediate or quick response (unlike how they were when enquiring about their service). I had to follow up multiple times before Lucas called me 1st Aug. After sharing the above, I refused to accept another round of cleaning since we picked up after their inadequacy and requested for compensation of the 1.5hrs that was not done instead. He told me he will get back by the next day, 2nd Aug. Not to my surprise, he did not. I had to follow up again via WA. On 4th Aug he replied saying management is still calculating the amt of 1.5hrs (?!?!? $420/4*15, there you go). Till today, I have not received any update or compensation on this. I genuinely hope this feedback helps others make a more informed decision—it’s not worth the money or the mental turmoil.

    Terrible. Cleaner was suppose to come at 9am. 945 still didn’t turn up. I called the number twice before someone pick up. Only to be told they can only send someone at 1130. Honestly unacceptable as a confirmation was sent last night. While accidents do happen, I think it’s not acceptable that there is a lack of communication about this.

    Dear all, PLEASE think twice before engaging 6 days cleaning services, hire them for cleaning services for my residence. To my horror, during completion my bedroom wooden flooring was badly scratched by their vacuum cleaner wheels. When I questioned, why was so bad, the cleaner lady totally ignored n mentioned she didn’t use the vacuum at all. Yet, the big machine is there. We showed the wheel mark to the supervisor (jegan’s) and he acknowledged the issue mentioned will get it fixed up. Immediately, we call the management (Lucas’s) but was ignored . The company is totally irresponsible toward customer when incidents like this happen.

    Dear Mdm, Firstly, you engaged us for tenancy move out cleaning services. When our supervisor Jegan first arrived and walked through the place with you, he had already pointed out yhe various defects found in your house and you said you are aware and also acknowledge the scratches on the parquet for the 2 rooms and said these are "old scratces". Do note that this house is not new and have been occupied for years by tenants. Our site supervisor proceeded with our SOP of taking the Pre-cleaned video which also showed the scratches. Within 15mins of start time, you demanded our site supervisor to leave saying you just want the helpers to stay. Follwing on you called Lucas saying you told our site supervisor to leave as he was not doing work but taking pictures only. Lucas explained that this is the SOP to check on the defects before we start work. But you insisted that he and 1 of our cleaning crew to leave saying they are lazing around just within 15 mins of work! Next the equipment that we used for cleaning are all from Karcher which is an international well known company selling cleaning equipment. We have been using their machines for years so how can the machine leave permament wheel marks on parquet floorings? If that is so Karcher would be receiving countless lawsuits suing them for these damages. When Jegan came back to collect the equipment, you pointed these "wheelmarks" to him. Immediately he even demonstrated to you again pulling the machine around trying to recreate the "wheelmarks" but to no avail did the machine caused these. Then when he asked for the payment, you refused to pay. Anyway for this failure of payment, we have escalated to Small Claims Tribunals and let the officials judge.

    Initially started good although there are minor issue as highlighted in earlier review. I am not a fussy owner and generally do not expect a 100% performance. However by the 7 time cleaning or more done by them, the toilet mould return faster and faster. Just last week cleaning done on Tuesday and the mould will return by Friday. When ask the supervisor via WhatsApp, that person gave a SOP answer that we need deep cleaning. Clearly we had suspect that the cleaner did not really scrub the toilet bowl, otherwise how can the mould appear so fast? In the latest message, they just send a message that show that they are not interested in our business. Take note that they use 2 different number.

Our housekeeper has done her best to keep your house as clean as possible with the equipment and chemicals provided by you. As mold can be pretty tenacious and impervious to general cleaning, you may want to consider a deep cleaning session or you may want to purchase chemicals specifically to get rid of mold to apply to affected areas. Just a bit if mold information as follows Before getting into the toilet aspect, it’s important to understand the contaminant in question. Aka, mold. Mold is a type of fungus with over 100,000 species identified by researchers so far. Each species reproduces by releasing microscopic particles called spores into the surrounding environment.¹’² It’s similar to how a dandelion releases those fluffy, white seeds, except spores are invisible to the naked eye. These tiny particles will remain in spore form until they land on a surface with the right elements for growth. Thanks to its hardy nature, a spore typically only needs two main components to transition into a living colony.³ These two components are: A food source A moisture source If these are present for 24-48 hours, that spore will put down roots called hyphae and begin colonizing the area. The reproductive cycle will also start up, releasing more spores into the surrounding area in hopes of finding another habitable surface. The Toilet Aspect Going off of the information above, it’s pretty easy to see how some instances of mold growing in the toilet can occur. For food sources, there are all sorts of organic matter floating around, like skin cells and other particles kicked up while using the bathroom. Tack on the mineral buildup from the water used in the system, and this is an easy box to check off. As for moisture, this is a given in this specific fixture. Water is contained both in the tank and the bowl, creating a perfect opportunity for microbial growth. Not to mention, the bathroom itself is full of moisture. This: Lowers the indoor air quality Contaminants the surfaces within Increases the chances of another colony developing elsewhere in the home Why is Mold Growing in the Toilet? That’s the key question! The answer depends on where the growth is. The Bowl This can be a common issue for toilets that are infrequently used and cleaned. A spore can zip right in through the opening between the bowl and the seat and begin to grow thanks to the water and organic matter present. The Tank This is the key location to look out for. When it comes to the toilet tank, the lid is heavy, but it’s not hermetically sealed. That’s pretty much a fancy way of saying that it doesn't allow for much air exchange. If mold starts growing inside the tank, that typically means there are enough spores in the indoor air that some were opportunistically able to get into this location. While it’s not impossible for a lucky spore to make it inside the toilet tank, it’s far more likely that a mold colony elsewhere is pumping spores into the indoor air.

    We had paid for a post renovation cleaning. Clearly articulated what we needed. Agree and was sent a link to pay 500 SGD. 4 Helpers plus a supervisor. They arrived late by 2 hours. On the day only 3 helpers showed up and the supervisor showed up 3 hours later. They didn't bring a Vaccum or a scrubber so did everything with bare hands. And once it reached the 5 hour time they rushed everything and left. I had asked for chemical cleaning for bathrooms they used CIF to clean. One bathroom took 5 minutes and the other one took 3 mins. Just sprayed water and cleaned. Scrubbing was done only for kitchen and was told the scrubber broke. SO basically instead of post Reno cleaning they even did not do regular cleaning well. They spent 3.5 hours on cleaning the widows alone they didn't have a Vaccum for the first 3 hours. I messaged to make a complain and the operator has not come back to let me know how to talk to the management. I have called them and also messaged them. Dont go with their services. The supervisor just said scrubber is broken and asked me to just complain and tell them. Highly disappointed as we wanted to clean and move in before our boxes arrived and it was 500 SGD for post Reno cleaning but They didn't even do normal cleaning well. Will wait and see when they will contact me to let me know how to make a complaint.

    Hi. I will give a 5 Stars rate to the cleaner. I use this company for the 2nd times. They are both good. But we are more prefer on the 2nd cleaner. However when I whatsapp to ask for the name & hoping I can arrange the same person for the next appointment. The answer is like a no to me. Whatsapp person told me her job was canceled. That why she came to my place. So i ask the same question again. No more reply & also didn't get her name. Is it really not possible or too difficult? Or at least the name.
