I’m very happy with the helper's cleaning service provided by Oneheart! She is hardworking, reliable, and very thorough with her work. She is also polite, responsible, and easy to communicate with. I have engaged them for 1year plus and had already faced many issues with them. From booking issues to Last minute cancellation. Time and time again I gave them another chance as they have quite good cleaners. However, bad management and bad customer service. Slow in responding. Just had a Last minute no show of the cleaner. Till now still no respond from them. Very disappointing.

Recommended by my sister-in-low. Via WhatApp confirmed date, time and address. They never showed up. And they answered they never booked for me because I didn’t make a payment. On that day they even didn’t ask me to do it at all. Who is the responsible here? Really wasted my time.

Very responsive in my query. Had engaged 1 of their helper for cleaning my mum house. She was able to clean the house, iron the cloth well, and take instruction from my mum to do the necessary task. No complaint on the quality of work and the price is reasonable too, especially if you take the package.

Have been engaging One Heart Cleaning for close to half a year and Thi Thi has been helping us with our weekly house cleaning. Had a great experience so far, Thi Thi takes initiative to help with different areas of our housework without much guidance or prompting, and picks up the usage of different household appliances fairly quickly. She even helped us fix our sink that was loose in one of our sessions! Would recommend!

Great customer service who replies you promptly. They are also very accomodating to my request to change the cleaning schedules. The staff who was assigned to me is very good and always make my kitchen and toilets super clean and sparkly.

The service was great from the start - the services were explained well, and it was easy to communicate with the admin staff and helper.
