Contacted this service to help remove a Detolf display cabinet that had shattered Carlos, Manul and Rocky were great and helped to not only dispose of the entire glass cabinet but also help to cleaned up the broken glass shards. Will use their services again and I recommend this to other people

Specifically asked them not to throw certain items and they still trashed them. Paid $500 for clearing out two storage closets and a tall shelf, without any bulky furniture. Had to supervise and remind them to finish removing things from one of the storage closets because they left several items without remembering to clear it all. They also showed up 25+ minutes late without any notice. Terrible experience from start to end. Would not recommend.

Have engaged their service a few times. Simply send pictures via WA to get a quotation. If you are okay with the quotation, they can arrange pickup the next day. Payment is via PayNow. They will try to donate if items are reusable. This time, I cleared a single bed and a 2-door wardrobe. Hope they will recycle them.

2nd time we engaged Junk to Clear. It's been 3 years. Same good experience both for the booking (Vincent visited site to assess) and actual move. The gents were professional, going about the move expediently and quietly. They took care to glad wrap the items and to ensure no knocks amd scratches to the apartment's walls and floors. Excellent experience with Junk To Clear from quotation, scheduling and actual removal. Carlo is very responsive. Mr Bai and his two colleagues (didn't get their names) carried out the move very expediently and were very careful with our floor, walls , and glass. They have good techniques, very impressed. In addition is good to know that any furniture that I no longer need may be assessed for reuse as relevant
