I’m very pleased with the excellent service provided by Kelson and Han. They were highly efficient and professional, completing the servicing of all five of my air-conditioning units swiftly while paying close attention to detail.
What impressed me most was how clean and tidy they kept the area throughout the work. They made sure there was minimal mess and cleaned up properly afterwards, which gave me one less thing to worry about.
Kelson also demonstrated excellent technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills. He was able to identify and fix the faulty aircon sensor within just 30 minutes, which was both impressive and reassuring.
Both Kelson and Han are trustworthy, punctual, and professional. They communicated clearly throughout the service and kept me well informed about the work being carried out.
I highly recommend Kelson and Han to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and professional aircon technicians. Excellent service from start to finish!

Hi, I booked for a 4 units cleaning. The price is super good to be honest. The 2 technician are very professional and polite. I asked if I needed chemical wash and I on the aircon on a daily basis but they are very nice to advise me to save the money as its not needed at rhe moment. But I am the one to insist of having it throughly clean. While doing cleaning they covered up most od the parts so the dust will not gets everywhere. The cleaning is good. Booking is very easiy via WhatsApp and fast response. They also turn up early for the appt. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Just Cool! My aircon was having compression problems, so they sent Allan and Ong to diagnose it. They identified a compressor issue that required replacing the motherboard, and they even fixed a gas issue left behind by a previous company. The pricing was very reasonable given the motherboard replacement. Allan and Ong gave us plenty of helpful maintenance tips without any hard-selling tactics. When a minor issue came up later, a quick call was all it took for them to come back and fix it under warranty. Great job, Allan and Ong!
