This is my 1st time engaging Lion City to chemical wash my 3 AC. Shahidul and Asad were send to assess the condition of my 3 AC which I reported slight condensation on my Master Bedroom Aircon trunking casing whenever 3rd Bedroom AC switch on. I was advised by Mr Shahidul, who patiently showed me to try set my remote control FAN mode to at least 4 FAN mode. I was pleasantly surprised and informed by Mr Asad that my Mitsubshi System 3 AC was Year 2013 which I was trying to recall when was mine installed. I thought was Year 2014. Quite an observant technician. Also both staff are confident and concluded that normal AC servicing will be good enough and my compressor was assessed to be ok. No upselling from them. I decided to proceed with chemical wash on my Master Bedroom AC and normal servicing on the other 2 AC units as I just completed my HDB HIP in early Aug. I find Aircon Servicing Prices are reasonable too and good housekeeping after AC Servicing.
