Bad service and low quality

Got locked out late at night after my smart lock’s battery died, with no spare key available. I reached out to Ken and he arrived within 30 minutes, which I really appreciated given the late hour. Unfortunately, the lock couldn’t be bypassed without breaking the door handle, so it had to be sacrificed to get me back in. While the handle couldn’t be saved, I could tell Ken did his best to keep the damage limited to just that. He worked quickly, quietly and professionally, and the pricing was fair and clearly communicated. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Ken again to replace the handle and lock. Thanks again for the fast response and help in a tough situation.
