   This guy will promote his service as if he the one only in Spore who can do good servicing....and will charge you extra per unit $10 and will also intro u filter to fix at Aircon $40 saying good for it use but after engaging other compy guy they said was of no use and function....So don't be cheated by this cpmy tactics trying to earn extra money with no professional....Lousy air con company

Our engineers will also explain and point out why is the additional service recommended. Our customers has always been given the right to choose if they would take up any of these services that require additional charges.    This is my first time engage their service. Very professional and on time. One of air con unit, I go and meddle with the blower screw and cause the whole blower cannot be remove but Jason offer another way of using pressure jet wash with reasonable price and doesn't dirty the room. I engage a few aircon service before but he is the only one I seen so far who offer the service of dismantle every blower and washed.    A previous company I engaged said that there was mould in 2 of my cassette units. As they were overcharging me, I googled for other companies and found Maxicool. I made an appointment w Maxicool for chemical cleaning. But they arrived n saw that the units were fine, they advised me to just go w general cleaning instead. I thought it was very professional and honest of Maxicool's staff to recommend the cheaper option to me. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends n engage them again.

    Scheduled a maintenance checkup for my aircons and had to wait 2-3 months for the servicing. It was very well worth the wait after seeing them perform the maintenance on the aircon. The team is very attentive to detail and work incredibly efficiently. They're quick to adapt and very efficient in being transparent about what needs to be done to rectify your issues and what it will cost. Their work is also very professional, making sure to get the servicing done properly and making sure you have less to worry throughout the entire service. Watching them work is honestly clear to me that these guys know what they are doing and are excellent at their job, as compared to other contractors that we've used before. Will definitely schedule them in future for more AC maintenance. Thank you again for the excellent work on my aircons! :)

    I read many good reviews and decided to make an appointment. My appointment was supposingly 2 mths later, but Jason was quite nice to squeeze in one for me a month later instead. When Jason and his worker came, they did a good job. Jason explained and showed me the condition of my air conditioners. They did a very good job overall. Nice people to engage. Will get them next time again.

    I was looking around for aircon companies to service my MBR unit as it has some issues with the fan (sometimes loud with rattling or gushing sound, sometimes quiet). Previously it was also leaking. Service was very prompt right from the start, when I contacted them from WhatsApp. A booking date was quickly confirmed within 5 mins. Just a heads up: book 2 months in advance. I had to book for 2021 since Dec 2020 as their slots for 2020 were all full. When they arrived, they went straight to inspection first so as to confirm what kind of servicing was needed. They looked at one of the units and determined cleaning was not needed. Also, as we had already communicated in WhatsApp regarding what issues my AC were facing, they had already inform me to on my AC 20 mins before they reached. So when they arrived, they went directly to the issue. I had chemical wash as there was some mold issue. I was also informed clearly and properly on why it had happened, and how I can prevent it - which I felt it was good service on their end. I had engaged several other companies before and they charged more for less. They will explain why and what is being charged and also charge only what is absolutely needed. I would definitely engage their services again.

    Definitely recommended to the public and my friends. Service top notch and on time. Jason himself explains to us what’s could have happened to our air con if we did not go for a chemical wash despite me was very against it because it is harmful to the coil. After listening to him, I find he is very professional and able to narrow down what’s the problem of our air con. He went beyond his scope of work and helped us as much as possible.     We have a really old air conditioner which a previous company's servicing technicians said can't be dismantled to be cleaned. But today, Jason from Maxicool dismantled it and cleaned it thoroughly. Before doing so, he had highlighted that it was a challenging task as the air conditioner's parts, as old as they were, could fall apart during the dismantling process. Nonetheless, he went ahead and did a great job. Thank you.

    I haven’t actually used Maxicool. I contacted them (and 7 other companies) during the circuit breaker for an emergency repair need. They told me they had very limited staff, but sent me to another company that they know has a larger staff right now. That’s right, sent me to a competitor to make sure I could get quick service. I’ll come back to Maxicool next time.

    Very good aircon servicing. Jason and his team take the time to service my units inside and outside thoroughly. Not like some of those slip shod ones where they are in and out in 30 mins. After they are done i get a proper rundown of what cleaning was performed & what usage habits I need to adopt to maintain my aircon’s useful life. My aircon remains cool even nearing the next maintenance date. I cannot appreciate enough what it means to have such attentive and quality service these days when everyone else keeps cutting corners or taking short cuts.

    Great service by Jason and his team from Maxicool. This is the first time I tried their services after hearing good reviews from a popular internet forum. They are very punctual which is always a good thing. The cleaning service itself is very detailed and the dismantling and cleaning of the blower fans is done carefully and properly. They also checked the external compressor and even replaced a missing cap (which I didn't realise was missing) for a valve outlet for a small fee. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Maxicool and will continue to use their services.
