I had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Vin for my main door, main gate and digital locks. What impressed me most was his level of service even before I had committed to the installation. I started asking him questions almost a month beforehand, and throughout the entire period, Vin was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. No matter how many questions I had, he always took the time to explain everything clearly and give me the information I needed to make the right decision. His responsiveness deserves a special mention. Whether it was during the day, later in the evening or even over the weekends, he consistently replied and always responded with a positive and helpful attitude. At no point did I feel like I was troubling him or being rushed into making a decision. That level of customer service is honestly quite rare nowadays. When installation day finally came, the experience was just as good. The main door, gate and digital locks look fantastic, and I'm extremely happy with the quality and overall finished product. From the first enquiry all the way until installation, Vin has been reliable, professional, patient and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. If you're looking for someone to do your main door, gate and digital locks, I would highly recommend Vin without hesitation. Excellent service, excellent communication and great products. Definitely a well-deserved 5 stars!

Alex- the sales person went all the way to help us understand better what is the best way to get the best door fitting, alot of clear detail and instruction was given and prompt friendly replies as usual, always even after working hours. Even walk us througu the customisation to fit nicely into our door. During fixation, the workers were really attentive and also the china guy explained it really well the steps on the set up, fuss free and easy. Will definitely recommend to ppl who are looking for a whole set of wooden door metal gate and synchronised locks- seamless, pretty and easy to use. Thank you again!

Finding the right gate wasn’t easy because I knew exactly what I wanted. I didn’t want another design that looked like every other home in the neighbourhood. I wanted something unique, timeless, high quality, and most importantly, within a reasonable budget. After speaking to a few companies, I came across Maxon Door Factory Enterprise, and I’m genuinely so glad I did. From the very first conversation, Alex never treated us like just another customer. He took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. I had countless questions (probably more than any customer should! 😅), but he never once made me feel like I was being difficult. Whether it was during the day or late at night, he would always reply, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable before making any decision. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about getting everything right. I had my heart set on a particular EDL laminate, and instead of asking me to compromise, Alex went out of his way to source it. He also made sure the ABS trimming was done beautifully and thought ahead about our digital door lock, ensuring there wouldn’t be any installation issues later. Those little details made all the difference because they showed he wasn’t just selling a door, he was helping us create the entrance to our home. When our gate was finally installed, we absolutely loved it. It turned out even better than we had imagined. In fact, we were so happy with the workmanship and service that we didn’t hesitate to engage Maxon again to do our main door. Good products can be found anywhere, but it’s rare to find someone who combines craftsmanship with genuine care and honesty. Alex never tried to upsell us or rush us into making decisions. Instead, he guided us every step of the way and always had our best interests at heart. Thank you, Alex, for making what could have been a stressful renovation experience such an enjoyable one. Every time we come home now, we’re reminded that choosing Maxon was one of the best decisions we made. If you’re looking for quality, beautiful craftsmanship, and someone who truly cares about the end result as much as you do, I can’t recommend Maxon Door Factory Enterprise enough.

Efficient, fuss free door installation even for an old HDB EM against old door frames. When it was later found that the initial measurements did not cater for sufficient overhead clearance when the door is fully open against the wall, it was rectified it on the spot and resolved.

Alex was very patient in answering all my questions and took the time to share detailed information about the door and gate options even before I made any confirmation. Vince, who handled the measurements, was also professional and efficient. On the installation day, Thiru and another Chinese installer (I didn’t manage to get his name) worked patiently and carefully to fix both the door and gate. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I liased with Vince on 4 April to purchase tempered glass gate on a rush and requested for it to be expedited as I needed it installed by 11 April. Vince really assisted with the process and put in a rush for the purchase. He accommodated to my request and got his worker to come down for measurement on the day itself and kept to his word for installation on 11 April. Very good and prompt service, and I will definitely recommend Maxon Door Factory to everyone!!
