The the original plywood water damaged cabinet base for 1 panel on 1 side was replaced with a similiar size pvc board to prevent & avoid water damage from accumulated dripping water from the adjacent kitchen sink. The original stainless steel panel was also clean up & reglue back with the rubber tiger glue onto the pvc board for the kitchen cabinet base s/s aesthetic. Tge pvc board was also press in as a tight fit panel so that it can also be remove in the future to clean up the cabinet base area as there is a waterdrainage point below the cabinet.

This was my first and definitely last time using this handyman service. I engaged them to fix a sunken network data point socket — a straightforward job. Over WhatsApp, they quoted $120 and confirmed an appointment for 3:00 PM the next day. I cleared the space and rearranged furniture in preparation. However, they didn’t show up at the agreed time, and there was no call or message to inform me. When I followed up, I was told their vehicle had broken down and was in the workshop — a very different reason from what their workers later said. After some back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to reschedule for 7:00–8:00 PM on the same day. Two workers arrived around 7:10 PM, didn’t offer any apology for the delay, and completed the job in under 10 minutes. When I asked about the missed 3:00 PM appointment, they casually blamed a delay in their earlier job — contradicting what the office staff told me earlier. The lack of punctuality, poor communication, and conflicting excuses show a clear lack of professionalism. For such a simple task and steep price, I expected much better service. Extremely disappointed and will not be engaging them again.

Definitely do not get their service unless you want more problems. Came to clear a choke in the drain causing stinky smell. Used tape and plastic bag to close up the drain holes so no smell get out. Few days later , now the whole place is flooded with water. Unless you want to have more problems than your current one, DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE. If i could give 0 star, i would have given that.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Late for 8 hours without any prior notice or communication, leaving us stranded and frustrated. We had to miss our lunch to wait for them. To make matters worse, I was informed that the price would be increased due to amount they quoted previously for the job is to low despite the significant delay. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was I left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, but now I’m being asked to pay more for such poor service. Btw they charge us $80 to repair the gate latch.

This shop is extremely dishonest 👎 The workers are unprofessional 👎 and have terrible time management skills 👎 They quoted $100 for installing a TV console and TV bracket. When I arrived, they initially said $180, then changed their mind to $150. The quote was from Alibaba 👎 I made an appointment for 11:00 am, and they were 1 hour and 45 minutes late. In the end, they drilled two large holes in my wall. They still wanted to charge me $80, and in the end, they didn't do anything at all 👎 Absolutely terrible service 👎

This is a scam company. I was enquiring for drilling holes for my painting and google nest. Total price he quoted was $200. I asked how much does it cost for painting and google nest installation. $70 and $130. I thought i would just go for the $70 painting installation instead. But he decided to hardsell me by saying he cant cover his transportation cost and requested me to take up the orginal quote which i eventuallu gave in. So i requested sat 3pm appt. However, on the actual day i needed to change the appt to sunday becuz i could not make it. I msged the guy 11 in the morning, he said he can' change as they are on the way. I said, isnt the appt at 3pm and he mentioned he thought its 11. I decided to cancel the whole deal. Guess what he said i can't cancel and arrogantly said they are not doing freelance and cannot cancel and forced me not to cancel it. So i warned them to stop harassing me before i call the police and blocked their number
