I asked to get two of my bifold doors lock replaced, one of it was changed both sides, which is the entire lock that consists of the hook and the opening. However, another door they only replace like half of the lock, they only change the opening, not the hook??! And my old aged mom was alone at home when their guy came to do, so she didn’t really quite understand what was really being done/explained by their guy. And in less than a month’s time. The old and wear out lock that the guy didn’t change spoiled zzz and now when I enquire again to change the lock and question them why their guy only change half the lock and not the entire lock, they didn’t even bother to explain to me why and is charging me for an entire lock due to their overlook mistake??? Which is also fine too, because I was already planning to pay zzz But because my mom was sleeping, she missed the appointments twice because I was at work!!! Despite my constant reminder & when I proceed to book the 3rd appt again, they tell me don’t want to anymore. Idk what kind of after sales servjce is this. Do see attached conversation for details. They could had just told me to pay for their wasted trip and I’ll just pay. And not just tell me you’re not coming. what lousy service is this??? At the same time, they obviously purposely change half the lock so that when spoil I can call you come change again so you can earn more money. And cheat consumer’s money zzz so black hearted!! Never patronise their service!!!

I had a great experience with Handyman King Singapore Pte Ltd and their locksmith team — Shahin, Parves, and Shafic. My digital lock's mechanism had some issue and i could unlock to get into my house with 2 kids waiting. Called several locksmith, some didnt pick, some was slow in response. They were the most responsive company I contacted and also offered the best price. After confirmation, the team arrived within just 30 minutes, which was really impressive. The job turned out to be much more challenging than expected — out of 5 mortise locks, only 2 could be unlocked normally. Despite this, the team patiently worked for about 2 hours to remove the remaining locks and ensured that our door would be in good condition. What really stood out was that they didn’t charge any extra despite the additional time and effort required. On top of that, they even helped fix a part of my door that was damaged during the lock removal process — going the extra mile without being asked. Overall, excellent customer service, very experienced and friendly locksmiths, and great pricing. Highly recommended if you need reliable and honest locksmith services!

Called and asked for their service, to come over and checked for the ceiling fan. I thought with many years of experience, they should know/asked what model is the fan is prior to coming instead of me just sending a picture - too see if they have the tools needed or even the remote control unit, turns out it couldn’t be fixed due to the ceiling fan control unit and I had to pay $50 for his transportation and checking fee which probably take less than 30mins (15-20mins travel) (<10mins to check) ? Even though they have already stated if can’t be fixed, I had to pay - which I totally do not mind but I should have just bought a new fan tbh

Absolutely horrible experience with electricians sent out. Asked to change US to SG plug and workers proceeded to plug in my Jiffy steamer worth $489 and blew the steamers fuse. Then they tell me I need a converter… after they’ve ruined my steamer by plugging it in without a converter. A nonsense of a handyman who doesn’t know what he is doing. I will be going to small claims court and lodging a complaint for this despicable service, don’t use them!

I called handyman king for repair my Balcony sliding door. Customer service very friendly. My sliding door was Very hard to slide. They came 2 person with 1 luggage of tools. They arrived on time and repair my sliding door rollers and realignment the door. After repair it's very smoothly can slide. I'm very satisfied there service. Terrible experience. Came to my place but got nothing fixed. Blamed it on the driver or mechanism. Charged me $80 just to put in a lightbulb which I could have done myself. NEVER AGAIN REPLYING TO RESPONSE: Please note that you DID not change a lightbulb. The lightbulbs were MINE. There was a problem with the connection and all your staffs did was push the lightbulb in. Also please note that your staffs LIED that the bulb in the toilet is obsolete. I went to Lucky Plaza and bought the exact lightbulb for only $8.50 I understand you want to charge for labour and transportation, that's fine but please note that your staffs are not honest

The company customer service is responsive to my enquiries and arrange the repair service quickly for my spoilt kitchen cabinet hinge. The technicians are friendly and professional in their work as they shared their views on my overall kitchen cabinet status based on services they offered. (Understand my kitchen cabinet is VERY old but material is good tho). They even provided their service at odd hours (nightime after my work). Kudos to them!
