I am an agent and have been using MeriClean for most of my post rental flat for my tenant. I always recommend them to use this agency. They are reliable and professional. Price may work out to be the same as some online cleaners failed to keep up to expectations, Mericlean will return to complete it. They are committed and will not charge you extra. ( I have a case where my client failed to pursue my recommendation and he use another online company. They agree on four hours service but they could not complete so my client is stranded and forced to pay additional two hours which cost additional $40. ) They also do adhoc services and regular part-time cleaning service Where my parents house is cleaned by them because they could schedule the same person throughout the contract. Highly recommended

Bad impression just asking for quotes. Have asked other cleaning co on similar deep cleaning svcs for new bto flat. I guessed mericlean felt my biz is too small. Totally uninterested and hostile. Just asking for a simple quote for an empty new bto, not sure whats so difficult.

Mary, the manager is very responsive to customer needs. Their staff always arrive on time and do a thorough job of cleaning even though it means working a bit longer than the stipulated hours. Lastly, their service is very reasonably priced. Can’t be happier.

Used Mericlean for end of lease clean. They overpromised and under delivered. For over $2000, the stairway was filthy, they damaged curtains and were supposed to pressure clean the outside walls and walkway. They also steam cleaned roller blind and left stains on them that my helper and I were able to remove with simple detergent and a sponge. My photos say it all. They left without pressure cleaning the walls (even tho I was told it would all be done) and when asked about it the next day, they had conflicting reasons as to why they couldn’t do it, none acceptable

Objectively, the standard of cleaning is really high. There is a certain level of attention to detail (such as the gaps, nook and cranny) to cleaning difficult areas in the kitchen and toilet that I am really pleased about. Personally, the helper who took care of the housekeeping is very diligent, approachable and amiable. Overall, the experience is really pleasant and I would recommend the service to my family and friends.

Have been using their household cleaning services for 3-4months (bi-weekly). We had Nosay, then Sara helping us. Both of them are professional and always arrive 5-10min earlier. It took a while during the first visit to explain the location of the cleaning tools & my requirements. After which, they are pretty auto-pilot - I could go on with my WFH task, and trust them with the cleaning. Quick & detailed!
