Very bad attitude from the delivery guy. He stop in the middle of the road and not allow me to park my car in my place then when I ask him to move he just throw my parcel and damaged it. Ask him to help move it into my place he rudely say I only put it at the door step move it yourself. My item is now damage and dirty.

The whole experience has been an absolute nightmare for us. 1. We were told that the loan boxes would be delivered to us within 2-3 days after confirmation. Paid deposit and confirmed on 14 Dec 2023, was told on 17 Dec that it will only be delivered by 18 Dec. Nothing received and no updates from them. Texted them on 22 Dec to check, no reply. 25 Dec we still didn’t receive them boxes so we texted them again. Finally received it on 26 Dec. 2. Our confirmed time slot was 9am. No movers came. Called them multiple times for 30 mins before someone finally picked up. The admin lady told us that their vehicle broke down 3 days ago and she missed out our booking so we were left out from the whole replanning process. We were then told that they will send another team of workers down. 3. Worker called us to say he will reach before 11am. No choice but to wait. Reached only close to 11am, that’s almost a delay of 2 hours. We were promised 3-4 workers but only 2 came. 4. Workers came without tools because they were not informed that we had furnitures that needed to be dismantled. They had to pause the job to go buy the tools. 5. Poor handling of our items. Boxes, table, bed frame, wardrobe wasn’t wrapped as promised. The fabric of our bed frame is torn. The mattress was only partially wrapped. 6. Vinyl flooring of house A was damaged due to poor transportation of items. 7. Dragging of our items at our newly renovated home. Think chipped walls, scratched tiles and door frame. 8. Our rather new wardrobe was assembled back poorly. Pointed the flaws out to the worker and he replied that this wardrobe cannot be assembled back to its original state once it has been dissembled before. This was not made known to us before he dissembled it. 9. Called the office to feedback on the matter but the manager’s attitude was horrible. He was defensive and rude. No apologies, no compensation. Nothing. Shifted the blame to us, zero accountability. And even hung up our call. 10. Decided to go down to the address stated on their website only to find out that it’s a rental home. Nobody answered the door. 11. Asked to meet their boss and the workers to go through the damages, but manager told us that boss is overseas. After exchanging a few messages, the manager told us that we do not have to pay the remaining amount and he will close the case when we haven’t even reached an agreement. Saying that they are unable to compensate us further because they are already suffering a huge loss from the $200 that they waived off and expect us to understand. What about our damaged furnitures and time that they wasted? Now they have stopped replying to our messages altogether. Great. Do not engage.

Hired Mr Keerthi and his partner to assist us with shifting all the furnitures and items in the house. Amazed with their professionalism and work ethics. All the items were delivered safely to our new house. They went all out with assisting with some ad-hoc matters as well. Attractive cost and highly efficient as well. Highly recommended and will surely hire them again. Thank you Mr Keerthi & team!!
