Fantastic experience with Moving Solutions! The best part of the whole process was that they were so accommodating and highly responsive from start to finish. They handled all of our custom packing and unpacking requests effortlessly and went above and beyond by arranging separate transport for our pet birds. Everything was well-arranged and completely seamless.

Good guys, in and out within 30 minutes from Condo navigating multiple lifts. Dismantled and disposed of my old sofa within this time. Friendly service and helped relocate and store my belongings in temporary storage room. Recommend !

I contacted Moving solutions for my move needs 2 weeks. April arrived for on site assessment, then gave us an estimate for the move including the cartons involved. The cartons were promptly delivered as promised and was of more than sufficient quantity. The moves came on the planned date earlier than the arriving time and supported the complete move and transported all the goods.no goods were damaged. Was looking for movers to move some of our stuff to a storage facility which is just across our home. Happen to see from Instagram a video reel of Moving Solutions. We Whatsapped Moving Solutions to ask for a quote. At the same time we also Whatsapp two other movers seeking quotations. Only Moving Solutions replied to us, within 3 hours from our Whatsapp. We were attended to by April. After their initial quote, we did ask whether is there a cheaper option which April got back to us promptly after considering our requirements. When we finally decided to engage their moving service, the confirmation was done quickly. On the day of moving, the driver contacted us a few hours before to confirm timing. Overall everything went smoothly and efficiently for our across the road move. Highly likely will engage Moving Solutions again went we need to move our items back home.

April was good to deal with — she was responsive, helpful, and the pricing was reasonable. However, unfortunately, my overall experience with Moving Solutions was not a pleasant one. Some of my belongings were stored in their warehouse and arrived at my new home with quite a number of rat and lizard droppings. Since not all of the items were properly wrapped, it was quite disgusting to find droppings inside my pails and on some of my belongings. I also had some missing items. The team initially claimed that these items were not keyed into the inventory, although April did try to help rectify the issue. On top of that, the refund of my carton box deposit took a very long time. Overall, I would still give them 3 stars as most of my belongings were delivered and I eventually received my deposit back. However, given the choice, I would not engage Moving Solutions again or recommend them to others. Perhaps I was just unlucky with my experience, but unfortunately, the overall journey left a poor impression.

One of the fastest and smoothest transactions I’ve ever had! April was super accommodating. First spoke to her back in May but had to hold off because of a change of plans. She never made me feel like it was a hassle. Instead, she was genuinely grateful we considered her team. I really appreciate that as a customer. Fast forward to July, we suddenly needed to move within 24 hours. I reached out and she immediately arranged everything. On moving day, her team handled packing, wrapping, uninstalling shelves, and more, all done in just less than 3 hours. Way quicker than expected. Super efficient, easy to talk to, and definitely value for money. Plus, they’re friendly and even gave us discounts. Honestly the best partner we worked with by far in SG. Highly recommended. They’re now our go-to moving service. 💪

Moving solutions is a best solution to have in Moving our suff, I recently found it on Google they qoute fast and on time after I comfim them to move out my furniture with two strong 💪 man and pack all my things loaded carefully in their transport. From starting point collection my item I went the new house to meet them they arrived soon I get there. Fast and safely unloading to my unit. Placed all item in place i needed to and helpful unpacked my new fridge also clear the carton box when they left. This is by far one of the worst movers company ever existed in history, I spoke to April last year regarding their service, just recently I needed movers to move to my new flat, and April did not reply at all. Subsequently Jenny took over and I requested for a video call to show the things in my flat but Jenny refused and sent a quotation of $250 without advising much or anything with their moval or packing services. Highly unrecommended. PLEASE do not waste your time

Great experience. Superb service --- from quotation to execution --- only praises can be said. Very flexible, well coordinated execution, no hidden charges, very reasonably priced. Movers are on time, polite, and customer centric. Everyone from sales to movers are very helpful. By far this is the best moving experience i had.
