I recently engaged Trio Movers for their services to move my furniture to my new house. They were very professional in their work, they carefully wrapped our furniture and did not skimp on the wrapping at all. Their movers were efficient and brought two big trucks with a loading lift instead of a ramp, which meant everything was handled with care and there were no scratches. Two of the best perks I loved were that they had their own storage space, and all of this was for a very affordable price. I highly recommend Trio Movers & I am very, very satisfied with their service!

Engaged Trio to move my items for home moving. Quick responses to questions, very reasonable pricing. Came on time for the moving and the guys were very careful with my items. Cling wrap many of the items. Requested for office chair not to be pushed outside on the wheels and they cling wrap and carried it. Boxes supplied were free too, needed to put deposit initially but will refund later after returning the used boxes. Will engage them again next time

They move our things well and pack them good at the new place. But communication on pricing and all wasnt done well. Misleading and def not transparent at all. Their cost is def not the lowest ard. Check terms and conditions carefully before engaging.

Engaged them twice and the moves were smooth. They wrapped my items nicely and everything was secured, no damages to items. They then collected the cardboxes on a day I requested after I was done unpacking, was able to get back the deposit via paynow. Admin responds fast during office hour via WhatsApp. Overall fuss free and great experience 👍

Amazing Service! 👍👍👍 They were the least troublesome part of our move 😅 - Upfront quote: They sent someone to our old unit to check what items are to be move and what items to be dispose. They will give a estimate on how many boxes we need, and afterwards will send a qoute, clearly labeling how much it will cost. If you have anything you want to add or remove from the quote, they can update it. - Best Price: Quoted with 3 companies, this one is the best priced. 👍 - Nice admin: Had to move the moving date several times due to issues but admin manage to work with me to arrange a new date each time. Also answered any questions I had, which gave me peace of mind. - Great moving team: They moving team is very nice and professional. We opted to pack ourselves, but on moving day we still have some leftover items, and they helped us pack. Large items are moved without any damages. Help me move boxes across the new house. The move is done in a timely manner. - No hidden cost: Final price match closely to quoted price. It's fair and based on what is moved over or disposed. No hidden after-cost. There's a deposit for the boxes, but no trouble getting it back once you return them. Would definitely recommend to family and friends! 😊

Even when they work with less men, they did their job diligently and help arrange all the things according to your preference. Good communication with the customer service too. We have used Trio Movers twice, once in 2021 and just recently in July 2026. Their service is exceptional with great communication and all charges explained upfront. Instead of giving a rough quote they come down for a free of cost site survey to give us an estimate after which you can still decide not to proceed with them if you don’t like. They respond really fast to all your queries leading up to the move. The day of the move is smooth and done very professionally. They show up on time and get everything done in a timely fashion. The handling of all the items is done with utmost care and all your furniture is set back up in the new place as it was in the old one as per your directions.

Engaged Trio Movers for our house move. Ayid and Mani were the movers and they had great chemistry with each other, working very fast, efficiently and professionally. This is my second time moving with Trio Movers and had a very pleasant experience with them again! Movers are friendly, professional, and have experience in navigating HDBs and Condos. They were also quick and could pack up and drop off the items with great care. Pricing was also transparent and found them to be competitive with other moving companies. They also offer boxes ($3/ box deposit) and had them dropped off and collected as requested which made the whole moving process even more convenient. Will engage with their moving services again if need be! Highly recommend.

first time moving and was looking at a number of moving companies. ultimately decided on trio movers and thankfully the whole process was a breeze. two of them turned up early on the actual day, and packed the items efficiently. they managed to complete the move much earlier than expected, which was great. return of carton boxes was also hassle-free. however, i would opt for lesser carton boxes next time :)

This is the 2nd time we've engaged Trio Mover and the experience just keeps getting better. This time, the movers were young, energetic, and highly experienced. Communication with Darren and his team was efficient and seamless, as always. A special shout-out to this young & slim mover, who caught the whole family's attention. We were genuinely amazed by his strength and efficiency. He single-handedly lifted a huge waist-height amethyst crystal with such ease, speed, and care. We had a great moving experience with Darren and the team. For the first trip, movers Yii and Ah Heng (on 14 Mar) were professional, efficient, and handled all our belongings with care. For the second trip, Ah Ye and Ah Kang (on 16 Jul) did an excellent job, including the TV mounting, which was done securely and neatly. Throughout the move, the team was well-organized and very careful with our boxes and furniture. Everything was handled responsibly, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. First time engaging them for my house moving recently. They were able to provide me quotation and list of extra fees up front, and have been very patient in answering my queries. Boxes were sent few weeks before so I have ample time to pack. However on the day of moving, I'm not sure if the movers were communicated and made aware that it was from 4th floor landed house to another 2nd floor landed house, as they were complaining a bit (not to me) when they reach after knowing that they will be moving my things from the 4th floor. Was also a bit surprised that they only sent 2 movers for the amount of things to be moved between so many floors. Despite only 2 of them, they were very professional and quick in handling the whole move. When returning the boxes, I was told that it will be picked up in the late afternoon so I went out for lunch, and only to be told that it has been picked up after i came back (and that the driver has contacted me, but i did not received any text message or call). Would be great if communication can be improved :)

A special thank you to Darren Quek the sales representative from Trio Movers, and the entire team under Yii’s leadership who helped us with our move on the East side from 8–10 July. From the admin staff to the crew on the ground, every single person was committed, meticulous, careful, and incredibly thoughtful in the way they worked. I also want to give a special mention to the senior team leader, Yii - the Chinese gentleman in the photo, along with one of his colleagues). His calm, confident demeanour was evident throughout the 3 days move. He genuinely looked out for his team, and that positive leadership set the tone for everyone. I had to make a rushed decision to move because of my busy work schedule. My ID recommended Trio Mover, so I gave them a call. Darren came to my home to assess everything. Although my preferred moving date was already fully booked, Darren, Don and the team went the extra mile to fit me in and even worked late into the night to complete the move.
