For the re-roofing and replacement works, communication was honestly quite messy throughout. Updates were inconsistent, timelines kept feeling unclear, and there didn’t seem to be proper coordination or project management even though this is a major and expensive job. A lot of the time we had to keep chasing for updates ourselves. The gutter service also lacked transparency because there was no proper breakdown of what was cleaned.

Honestly ah, the overall experience with your roofing services was quite disappointing. The roof leak repair especially didn’t really give much confidence because nobody properly explained what actually caused the leak, what exactly was done to fix it, or whether the problem is really settled long term or not. End up we also don’t know if the issue will come back again later. The waterproofing service also felt quite unclear and not very professional.

Highly recommended. I have used Nasax for a refresh and repair of an older semi-detached house. They have performed work on the clay-tile roof, skylight, timber decking, steel-and-acrylic awnings as well as solving leaks along walls (epoxy injection) and roof tiles and many others. Nasax performed the work to an extremely high standard, as well as being responsive, professional and polite. It is clear to me that Nasax technicians are very experienced and take pride in their work - like craftsmen The pricing is extremely fair and good value. I am a repeat customer and will definitely be engaging them again for other works.

Suhaimi and team were very accommodating and did a fantastic job transforming our old metal roof top to a balcony platform. It is now a usable space and allows us to have an aesthetic view! They even managed to build a metal outdoor stairs to lead up to the platform upon request！ It was not an easy project to do, so hiccups were expected along the way, but they were sincere to solve problems! Will highly recommend their service to everyone！
