Mr. Jimmy, the boss, is an absolute master of his craft. His workers are not only highly skilled and efficient, but his customer service psyche is truly top-tier. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. It is rare to find such honest, high-quality, and friendly service these days. Fast and Good to replace my car remote that's my old remote hard to connect

Was referred to them by Wah Hong Motors & Credit Pte Ltd. when my car key can't fit into the door lock. Ah Hock served me. He may not be the smiling type, but after hearing my car lock problem, he immediately sprung into action to first verify whether its the key problem. After some detailed testing, it's very clear...the lock mechanism is faulty. And he advised me to have the lock repaired instead of using a remote. Because its always safer to have a manual override. The repair cost is $100, but I think its justifiable because it was a very tedious job. They strip out the door panel, dismantled the lock mechanism, dash in and out of the machine shop.... very detailed job that took close to two hours. Even though its was way past their closing time, they pressed on to complete the repair for me. I considered $100 very cheap for the amount of work done. Will go back to them any time in future should I have car lock issue. They know their stuff. Will have given a 5 star if Ah Hock can smile more. Ha ha. I'm thankful to be referred by Luqman of Mova Auto to Ah Hock at Newton Auto Keys. Ah Hock and his staff have managed to make a new car key for my old Prius and even helped to repair my almost beyond repair spare key. Kudos and well done, Ah Hock

Had a problem with my mazda 5 immobilizer and had gone to dealer (quoted 3k). Enquired with Newton and they assured me that they will chk the prob and subsequently resolved it (less than 1k)... Greatly appreciate the fast job done.

Went to duplicate car key. Staff super unfriendly UNLESS you speak chinese. Attitude switched 180° when i spoke chinese. From "No. Cannot." To "YES! CAN!" In less than 2 seconds once i spoke chinese. Told me that it would take 30 mins to duplicate key but it clearly took more than an hour. NOT ONLY, they also made the new worker do the key while the experienced ones either,ate food,or walked around to cure boredom. Overall i regret. Save your time,and money. Go somewhere else. Ur welcome🙏.

Search Google and found this Company. Went down to change my car remote key battery as at times while driving, the dashboard showed signal that can't detect my key. Ben served me, he may not be smiling but after answering his questions, he knows what to do with the key and since he has original Honda key, I also duplicated it despite the pricing. He took less than 20mins to get the key done. Tested well with it. And battery came with compliment. I can understand why their keys are more expensive than some commented like outside only $2. You must know they specialize in this and and a whole workshop to it, unlike outside near market or outside at a corner of the hardware shop. Their keys seems rusty to me. You will get what you want with good quality and original brand duplication. Fast and efficient. Thank you Ben and the team.

I never knew we had such services here in Singapore. But yes… we do. If you lost your second key or just want to renew your key fob, pop over and it’s a 100-200 problem resolved. Nothing too fancy. Can’t change your key fob to a different and upclass. Just a replacement service that works! Price is reasonable and people snap on to work it within an hour. Speed service.

Honestly I never had any experience with regards the 1 star reviews. I called to asked about key duplication and head over to the shop after work. The staff appears initially uninterested but those feelings were unfounded after he understands my needs. He did the duplication and tested to ensure the car key works. Even answered other questions I had with regards to installation of car alarm. The experience at the shop was wonderful.

Utterly disappointed with the service rendered. Contacted the shop 1 day before I tow my car down to repair. Arriving there, the staff demanded me to park the car in his comfortable lot. And so, I did. I approached the staff there but was told to wait. So, I waited. I was kept 1 hour+ waiting there before anyone attended to me. There were customers walking in and out of the shop during my wait there. Attention was instead given to customers who came after me. After that 1 hour, the staff told me to leave my car there for check, when I asked how long I need to put there for check, his ignorance reply was “Very long, very long”. After not hearing from them 3 days later, I decided to go back to retrieve my car and tow to another workshop instead since I am not receiving any replies from them. When I arrived, the staff who initially attended me came to a shock. The expression was indescribable. He did not give me any attention nor tell me anything about the checks or reparation. The car was parked about 50m away from the shop with the key left in the car. Totally out of sight of the shop. When i was about to leave, he came to me and mentioned that the car was fixed. He charged me $250 for the repair and I believe I should understand what reparation was done. But he could not answer me at all. I paid and left. To summarize, -Services and the attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing. -Car was fixed 3 days later without notifying me. -Car was parked so far away with key in the car that I am assuming they owned the whole place. Min 1 star for this review to be posted. They don't even deserve 1.

My Merc couldn't start and no icons on the dashboard.Called Newton Auto Kee and Ben quote and promised to have the car fixed within 4 hrs if there are no complications to the steering wheel.Guess what, they fixed the car as promised and within the quoted $$$ plus warranty for 2 yrs.Glad to find them.Almost got cheated by an onsite car repair guy I got from the web.

Impressive 30 mins to duplicate with original parts. Feel and touch is similar to my original key. Tested all remote function and also manual key to be working. Very satisfied with the product, but the cost is $300+. They do seem to offer cheaper alternatives but I chose original for a peace of mind.

Honest and reliable. Went there for car remote issue. Changed the battery and issue was solved within minutes. Unlike, another shop, tried to cheat me, saying it wasn't the battery issue, and need to replace the entire remote with theirs.

Reliable and great service. Previously I tried to change my car remote battery myself but it didn’t work. They changed it with theirs without much fuss. Unlike other places I’ve been to which tried to charge high prices or claimed my remote might be spoilt and needed to be serviced. Second time here and would recommend it highly.
