I engaged OCD for post renovation deep cleaning. Kamrul and Sharif had been very professional. When I checked the house and discovered areas that were still not clean, they willingly vacuumed and mopped it one more time. The scrubber machine they used had turned the patchy granite flooring to bright and shiny flooring. They are very on time too. Highly recommend for post renovation deep cleaning! 👍🏻

Sharif and yamin did an excellent job for my post reno cleaning. Very thorough and walked me through some of the areas that cannot be clean due to issues caused by contractor/ID for me to feedback to them to fix. Very efficient and smooth experience. Will definitely recommend.

Updated Again. Had OCD back to our house again to deep clean again!!! All was good! Thank you so much once again!!!!!! *************** Good communication and clear explanation of the package. Terms and conditions also stated clearly all the important things to take note. Speedy replies. Punctual. They really did a good job and cleaned my place well. All ready to move in condition . Will engage them again for CNY spring cleaning. And will introduce to my family and friends 👍🏻

Really disappointing experience with OCD. I reached out because I genuinely wanted to understand their services and get some information before deciding whether to engage them. Instead of taking the time to answer my questions, the sales team seemed primarily interested in closing the sale and getting my personal details so they could generate an invoice. The conversation felt more like being pushed through a sales process than being properly advised as a potential customer. I found it particularly off putting that there seemed to be more urgency around getting my details and preparing an invoice than understanding what I actually needed. I have no issue with a company wanting to make a sale, but there is a big difference between being helpful and being pushy. I would expect a professional service provider to answer questions and provide clear information first, allowing the customer to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. Based on this experience, I decided not to proceed. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was not a good one.

Shariff and Khamrul from OCD Cleaning Pte Ltd did a Post-tenancy cleaning of my place in which tenants had been in for 6 years. They ripped through the grime and grease. :) It was a thorough job and the "after" was a world of a difference. Great job done guys! Will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues. :)

The cleaning was very well done with deep floor cleaning as well. Yamin sharif nazim were very thorough and meticulous, and they even help us take pics of some workmanship issues caused by the installers. Particularly for all my brushed gold bathroom faucets and accessories, they were very careful to help remove all the marks and made it look very polished!

Really happy with the post-renovation cleaning service by OCD Cleaning. Harum and Mamun did a great job cleaning our place after renovation. The house was quite dusty and there were quite a lot of renovation residues, but they were very thorough and paid attention to the details. They cleaned the floors, surfaces, cabinets, windows and all the hard-to-reach areas properly. I also appreciate that they took their time to make sure everything was properly cleaned instead of just doing a quick job. Harum and Mamun were both friendly, professional and hardworking throughout the whole cleaning. After they finished, the house felt so much cleaner and more comfortable, which made a big difference before we moved in. Thank you Harum and Mamun for the great work! Definitely recommend OCD Cleaning for post-renovation cleaning. 👍🏻

Got the post renovation cleaning and deep scrubbing services, there were some hiccups with them missing out on the deep scrubbing services the first time, requiring me to take an additional half day off the following day for the deep scrubbing inspection. I was expecting a better service from the company considering that it was named OCD Cleaning Services and felt that they did not live up to their name. As I did an inspection of the house during the first round of cleaning, Granted that they did point out that the general cleaning wasnt thoroughly done by my contractors, I noted that there were traces of dust still not cleaned up and spent an hour pointing it out to the team. However, Ruman who did the deep scrubbing the following day made up for the issues encountered by going the extra mile to ensure that the cleaning was done well even providing an addtional service of cleaning up markings left previously from the renovation out of the scope and pointed out some defects that needed fixing. During that time, we also discovered more areas where the cleaners the day before missed out, yet again calling into question the company's name and standards, in which I plan to get another company instead to clean the house once more. Nevertheless, I would recommend requesting for Ruman if possible and only wished that he was doing the cleaning the day before as well.

i engaged ocd for their post reno cleaning, deep cleaning and formaldehyde removal services. habib and sharif did a great job cleaning every corner of my newly renovated place. despite the extensive carpentry throughout, they were very thorough and i can see that they really take pride in what they were doing. they even helped point out some defects that i wouldn’t have noticed myself! overall, i am thankful to have engaged OCD to clean my place and its very assuring that they really lived up to their company’s name of cleaning obsessively for an ocd like me! thank you habib and sharif for the hard / heart work! job well done indeed! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Harun did very good job cleaning my brother's depression room. It hadn't been cleaned in over 4 years + accumulated dirt from food and pet stains. I thought it was a lost cause and wanted to burn the room. But after the cleaning, The room feels much cleaner and the toilet looks like it's brand new. There was a boy sweat smell that I tried to air but didn't go away for 3 weeks and it's magically gone after the cleaning Thanks a lot guys 🙏🙏🙏

Nazim and Mamun did a great and thorough job with the move-in cleaning today. They even cleaned the TV and fan remote control box, which can be easily overlooked, before I even asked them to do so. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning and their attention to detail. They were professional, meticulous, and ensured the place was spotless. Highly recommended!
