Looking for a new ceiling light, I recently visited YeeLight at Host Systems at their Bukit Merah showroom and met Wendy who was very friendly and informative about their lights as well as fans and locks. I ended up buying a 60 cm ceiling light and 2x1 meter track lights. Wendy sent a very competent and friendly light installer, Roger, who did a great job installing the lights and patiently adjusting the lights to my satisfaction. Thank you Wendy and Roger!

After 1 year of usage, last Saturday, I encountered a small issue with my wall switch. I was still using the wall switch as per normal in the morning until I left home, came back in the evening and tried turning on my lights and ceiling fan, the wall switch seemed to have 'froze'. nothing I tried to reset it worked.. there was no power failure as I had my other electrical items running. Contacted the team and they tried to send troubleshooting steps to me. As it was already past 6pm, the team had already ended their work day and Sunday was rest day to them. Monday I got a reply and they gave me further troubleshooting steps including asking me to remove the switch cover to check. Did it today, Wednesday, 22 Apr, removed the switch cover and replace it back and everything was back to normal. All lights and ceiling fan were able to be switched on again. Thank you Host Systems team for the assistance and quick response. Totally never regretted getting my lights and wall switches from you guys!

Thank you Eugene and Hafieza for giving awesome ceiling light and fan recommendations for our new BTO! There's so much we are thankful for here - the inputs of which types of lighting is best and recommended, the differences based on brand, the functions we should get/give up based in the lighting's location, the excellent customer service from routine follow ups and punctual replies over the customer service chat. We ended up with a mix of Yeelights, PointOne ceiling fans, a non-smart option for the yard and a sensor-equipped yeelight for the bunker. Everything has been great so far!

I purchased all my new home lights from Host Systems. Their Yeelight Pro series so far has been good. During my visit to their showroom, the staff who have advised me on the products have done a good job in explaining and providing all the necessary information. Special mention to Andrew who came over on site to help with the programming of lights and automation of them. Very professional and customer centric staff. Along the way, Host Systems also did the necessary service recovery when there were hiccups.

I wanted to leave a positive review for Host System, especially for Wendy and Hafieza, who have been incredibly helpful throughout my journey of setting up a SMART home with Apple HomeKit. As a first-timer, the process was confusing, but they took the time to patiently guide me — from recommending the best placement for smart bulbs to avoid ceiling fan shadows, to advising on the right smart drivers and how to wire them correctly. Their after-sales support has been strong and genuinely caring. I highly recommend Host System, especially if you’re looking to future-proof your home and need trusted guidance.

Yeelight lighting are of good quality. Takes quite a while to get the hang of using the app. The staff at Yeelight are highly commendable. They take time to explain and introduce their products. The after-sales service is good too. Thanks to Hui Ling, who was very patient in helping me with the initial problems of linking the lights to the app and also the many installation questions. 👍

If I could give them 10 stars, I would gladly do so! Service was excellent from pre-> on-site checks -> post sales service. Eugene was very patient in answering all our questions (even when it's about their competitor products) and gave unbiased recommendations based on what we needed. He's always going the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly. My only complaint is that we did not engage them sooner in our renovation process so that we can integrate more products from them. Many thumbs up and thanks for ensuring we achieve our dream home! :)

Have been using their product for a while before I post this review. All the smart lights purchased has been working very well. The show room has a lot of lights for us to choose from, and the staff was very helpful with us choosing our lights. They have even help us with planning of light location with our floor plans. Will definitely recommend friends to give them a visit.

Eugene and Andrew were very attentive and gave me recommendations to suit my needs. Can tell they are very passionate about what they do. They demonstrated the different settings of the lights and I was sold on easily it was to control them just using phone or Google home. The whole process from going to the showroom to making the purchase was really fast. Only mistake on my part is that I engaged an external electrician to install the lights. It was done terribly but thankfully Eugene personally came down to help me figure it out (as shown in picture). Talk about a responsible company with excellent after-sales service. Ended up engaging host systems’ guys to come fix the botched job for me which is what I should’ve done in the first place. Highly recommended! TL;DR fantastic service, great products. Always get their own people to install the lights instead of engaging from outside.

When I step into the door, I can immediately feel the coziness of the well furnished showroom. Wendy came over to explain in detail what Yeelight can do. I came to the showroom hoping to see Yeelights can be configured using apps and also PC to sync the lights with music, indeed I came to the right place. Both the purchasing and after sales experience are exemplary, I had some issues with usage and her responses were quick and precise and my issue was resolved within the day! They have a capable team, when I can't reach Wendy another of her colleague, e.g. Huiying will take over the baton and assist me quickly. Overall I would recommend to go here and check out, will definitely buy again if I need smart lights etc 🫡🫰

Wendy is very knowledgeable on the product she provide key advice and lighting plans for my house renovation which we are very pleased. The showroom there is very nice and clean. Staff also helpful and friendly. They got ranges of product to display. Their WhatsApp response also in time and fast. Have ordered and Waiting for the product to be installed. To be continued… Made two batches of purchases with them. The service is excellent. Really appreciate their help. When I visited the showroom, they did knowledgeable presentation and advised professionally on product selection. In addition, they contacted me in time for installation appointments with detailed following-up. So far the first batch of lights have been used for almost one year. Both smart lights and non-smart ones are in very good conditions. Looking forward to the second batch. Btw, the price is very competitive too. As we explored lots of vendors islandwide, it is surely the one we are satisfied with the most. Highly recommend this vendor.

Sent table lamp for repair. Lamp is ok but power cable spoilt. Shocked when told that power cable does not belong to them and was advised to replace one outside.

Had a problem with ceiling light out of warranty. Not only did they fix it quickly, but in fact did not charge me for the repair given that it was a fairly older model! Unbelievable in today’s world! Keep up the good service and hope you get more loyal customers like myself!
