Deeply disappointed by PestBusters’ approach. PestBusters promotes a narrative that labels common birds such as pigeons, crows, and mynas as “pests.” These animals are not pests by nature — they are simply trying to survive in the environments we humans created. By branding them as “pests,” the company justifies cruel and outdated culling practices that cause unnecessary suffering. Their materials mislead the public into believing these birds are dangerous, when in fact the real issues are human food waste and poor urban planning. Culling is not a solution; it is a cycle of cruelty that ignores science and compassion. Humane and sustainable alternatives like Ovocontrol, waste management, and habitat design are available worldwide, yet PestBusters chooses to push fear and extermination instead. It is unacceptable for a company to profit from killing and to desensitise the public — including children — to violence against animals. Singapore can and must do better. Companies like this drag us backwards. Do not support cruelty disguised as “management.”

I called Pestbusters to come to my parents condo to do an initial assessment of what we think were termites. Rave reached out to me and came down to my parents condo. He was knowledgeable and patiently explained that we had a dry wood termite infestation that has been ongoing for many years. He shared that the best solution was to replace the entire home flooring and remove all wood furniture. He also shared that there would be no need to bring Pestbusters in. I would like to commend Rave for his honesty. Thank you. While I may not be able to work with Pestbusters now, this company will be top of mind when I need their services or when asked by friends to recommend a pest management company.

I have contracted Pestbusters for various pest issues for more than a decade. Have been very satisfied with their service until the past year or two, where they would miss their monthly maintenance session (we paid up front for a year) and sometimes they dont come for a few months until I remembered and had to call them to remind them. Their scheduler is always changing due to turnover and thereafter there is no proper follow up such that the technician doesn't turn up and/or sessions are missed again. Most of the technicians we had were good but when technician is on MC, there is no call from the office to inform us. It's really sad that the standards of the company has dropped to this extent. Our contract is ending soon, and I'm highly unlikely to renew our contract.

Can’t believe the poor level of customer service from this company. I was required to pay upfront for a service on a specified day/time which was then not processed properly. The team has not turned up for the re-scheduled time. So disruptive, disappointing and also expensive. I have lost half my day following this issue up. I cannot recommend this company at all and I encourage you to engage another firm if you're reading this.

Been with Pestbusters for more than 5 years now. Technicians are really good at their jobs and are very polite. The acc receivables team however are nothing but extremely disorganise. This is not what a reputable company should even be doing.Paid up a year of contract yet they always comes back to me asking for proof of payment or would assume I had outstanding payment. Tried calling them but not a single call was picked up. That’s it I’m done with this company.

When we first signed with PestBusters an annual maintenance contract 2 years ago, we were quite happy with the services and quality of technicians that were sent to our home. Then sometime last year, there was a ownership/management change. Everything went downhill from there, frequent personnel changes meant they couldn't keep track of appointments, and different technicians sent to our home every month. Appointments were missed, they don't call, don't inform, and when you call them, they will tell you some bull story about technicians falling sick last minute, so on and so forth. When the technicians do arrive on time and on the day of the appointment, they do just do a quick walkaround, spray abit here abit there, then when you try to point out to them a rodent problem, they have another bull story to tell you how the hole in the ground cannot be baited, hole not caused by rodents, blah blah blah. So essentally i pay over a hundred dollars a month for 10 mins cursory glance around a landed property (but on their service report they will key 30 mins) and a lot of bull stories. Whereas in the previous year they would always fog my house for mosquitoes, now they suddenly tell me "Not in contract, cannot do. Not happy call the office". Then just drive off after that. Needless to say, I am not renewing my contract with them. I can listen to bull stories on youtube for free. Goodbye.

Service team is good, carry out their jobs. But management is other story. Engaged them for termites prevention and a termite infestation since last year has not been resolved until now, causing lots of damages in my house and management is not responding. Instead, the lady who so called claimed she is in charge and the boss now does not even reply to email after claiming that she will be investigating. While I was expecting to meet her, she sent down her service manager and even did not bother to reply to my email. Avoid at all cost. Please advise how to share photos of the damages done to our house.

Disappointed with the service level given. Ants extermination services was not effective at all despite 2 sessions that took place. Within a week we noticed ants coming back and requested for follow up again since extermination was far from effective, but was requested by the PestBusters team / Mgr to pay additional fees for further follow up. Overall follow up by the admin team is also weak, needed reminders/ chasers to schedule for one.

Good and fast response. Had a hornet nest in the garden .Called at 12.30pm, they came at 5.30pm and finished removal by 7.45pm. The technicians were friendly and profesional.

The technicians from this company didn't turn up on time 50% of the time for bed bug sprays and when they are late, they reschedule the time. If the timing doesn't fit the clients, the appointment for bed bug spray will be postponed. And they done that when we have made advanced payment for bed bug sprays... The service provided and amount of time spent to help do the bed bug spray doesn't tally with the amount of money spent. (More than S$1.4K was spent and bed bug problem not resolved yet) Hoping for improvements from this company.

Excellent and quick service! The two representatives who spoke with me and made arrangements on the phone, Sally and Jacqueline*, as well as the gentleman who assisted me with the actual pests, Faisal*, were patient, understanding, and professional - they were very forthcoming with explanations I requested, and the extermination was both punctual and thorough. A definite recommendation! *I may not have gotten the spelling of the names right, sorry!)

The sales person (Mr Jou Heng) that contacted me was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. My request was made late in the day & he found a way to accommodate my request & helped me arrange for a service call to exterminate my bed bugs problem so that my children can sleep well in the night. The service staff (Mr Soffian) provided a very friendly & professional service. His happy disposition also made the whole 'skin-crawling' experience a very comfortable one. The IFO team visited today led by Muhammad Hafiz. Please share my feedback: the team was very professional. They were patient, thorough, and friendly throughout the process. They explained each of the traps/poison and the necessary precautions to be taken. While moving furniture, clothing etc to place the traps, they were careful. I has been working with Pest buster for years due to workplace pest issue. The support team (Jacqueline) and also the technician (Hafiz A) are very helpful towards our problem, they always try their best to attend to us when there is Rodents issue. Although rodents are everywhere and it's an endless problem, they still showing professional and attentive to this problem. A big thank you for 2 of them for the support.
