our bedroom door got locked (standard round doorknob) and we didn't have the correct key. I found this business as the first google result excluding ads so I called them to inquire how fast they could get to my house (west side) and how much to unlock the door, they said within 20min and quoted $70. also the locksmith fixed the lock quickly in less than 5min 😲👍

Responded very quickly and provided excellent service. He was also very friendly, helpful, and patient. My key broke and got stuck in the padlock, leaving me locked at home because I couldn’t open the gate. It took quite a while to saw open the padlock, but he was very patient and did his best to help. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

We needed a locksmith to unlock one of the bedrooms and called a few. This company was able to respond swiftly with the best price and also waived the night surcharge when he knows we will be back later only at night. The lock was swiftly unlocked in 5 mins, and he also told us to check that our key is able to be used on the door again. Glad to have found a reliable locksmith at times like this. Highly recommended to anyone especially those staying in the West 👍.

Locksmith is quick, efficient, and polite. But I cannot overlook the fact that I had clearly stated I wanted a dimple lock replacement right from the beginning. Even reconfirmed the lock type after price inquiry. Only to end up with the replacement being a tumbler lock. This is highly unprofessional. Locksmith claimed I did not specify lock type. I then showed our correspondence messages as proof. Only received $19 discount for the error.

Called Prosmith, told him I’m stuck at my room for almost 2hours! As I didn’t have my phone n waited for my daughter to come home. Locksmlth ask whether mine is a knob or handle , ask me wher I sta I reply Boon Lay, I replied handle he straight away rejected . I didn’t want to waste my time he just say paisay. Best part is he’s registered business address is Jurong West which is so near Boon Lay. After I contacted another locksmith he told me he will come but need me to wait Becos he stay in Pasir Ris . I said as long as you come I’m willing to wait . After he finished repairing I included a $50 tip for him for his effort . Pro smith is so unprofessional

Called Sean on 3 May, Sat 8.25am. Very responsive. He reached my house in less than an hour. My bedroom door was slammed shut by a strong gust of wind. The door lock was jammed. We couldn't open the door. It was a difficult problem. Sean was very professional and experienced. He solved it in less than an hour. He had his tools ready for the job. He is a very pleasant, polite and patient man, very willing to explain the situation and willing to listen to my husband's suggestion.
