I am very satisfied with the service. Zaw is very attentive to details and she remembers my preference upon her 2nd visit. I m really impressed with her dedication. The customer service support also very prompt in their reply and updates on the staff being assigned for the job! I cannot say enough good things about their cleaning specialist Poet. She is extremely hardworking, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to keep our home spotless. Every task is completed with great attention to detail, and she takes care of our home as if it were her own. Not only is she thorough with cleaning, but she is also trustworthy and professional. She takes the initiative to organize things, keeps everything neat and tidy, and even remembers the small details that make a big difference. It’s such a relief knowing that our home is in such capable hands. Thank you Puriclean !

It is a truly bad experience with a dishonest and a fairness not justified company. First they let you pay a higher fee of $92 for 4 hour one time trial service which allow u to confirm a package with the company with the same trial cleaner that come to your premise to clean. Secondly they offer you a package of 4 session of 4 hour at $338 with the cleaner you are satisfied during the trial session. When all the sessions days were fixed and confirmed with payment weeks ago then they start to give excuse and give u another cleaner and a time that doesn’t suit you and not even the day n time u requested ON THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULE CLEANING DATE. Pls see attached picture of communication on how they treat customer. When we reschedule or cancel less than 48hour, we have to pay penalty fee of $50 or full $84.5 . When is their fault, they just walk off and ignore the inconvenience that they had caused you. Picture 1 is the invoice of the session confirm with the request cleaner. Picture 2 is the term that company implied on you as a customer. Picture 3 is the irresponsible way of informing you that the cleaner is not available and ask to suit their timing and date at their convenience. There are a lot of company offering cleaning service. Why must I pay same to make my cleaning session at such an inconvenience time and date to suit your company. And they didn’t want to compensate my inconvenience to inform me at such a late notice (one day before cleaning session that is less than 48 hour)

We are very pleased with Puriclean's cleaning services after trying them for the first time recently. The cleaning staff was punctual, focused, efficient, very professional. They did a great job and left the house spotless and refreshed. In every interaction with Puriclean, they have shown their commitment to customer satisfaction which left a deep impression on me. I'm happy with the job done. The windows are very clean, she even cleaned the outside of the windows, even though I thought it wasn't necessary.. So are the toilets - she really scrubbed them clean, especially the shower screens and walls... In fact, these were the 2 main areas I was focused on for the CNY Spring Cleaning. And I'm happy with the results. As for the rest, we have no complaints. The floors and the cabinets were cleaned and mopped as they should be. I guess her hard efforts made her run out of time to wash the fans, which was fine with us. She really did a good job 🙏🏻 But I've to say also that what clinched the deal as I was looking at several Cleaning Offers was Jason going the extra mile to help me bring down the day curtains with his ladder... That is rarely seen...

First time engaging a part time cleaner and I would say I was very much impressed! Mon was my assigned cleaner. She arrived early and could understand my task brief. She started work immediately and was thorough with her cleaning. My tap was sparkling clean! While she did my laundry and windows, she also went an extra mile to pack my small area beside the window. Puriclean solutions is the first agency that I try for their trial session. Their staff arrived on time n straight away do their job.Within the 3 hrs timeframe they do washing toilets, clean kitchen tiles,stove, cabinet, fans, vacuum n mop floors. Did a trial not pinning too much hope. To my surprise, sheen was very thorough , neat and fast. She manage to clean more than I expected within the 3 hour span. She speaks good English for communicating too will surely recommend their service

I took a much-needed break this weekend and let the trained staff from @PuricleanSolutions work their magic on my home! We engaged their 4 hour service to do some thorough cleaning. While I focused on rejuvenating my mind, body, and soul, their staff Ms. Kyle tackled every nook and cranny, leaving my space sparkling clean and refreshed. She was friendly, fast, efficient proactive and went extra mile to all the little details and corners, without any guidance. Thanks to Mr Jason for his assistance and smooth coordination.

Some of the cleaning services provided were - cleaning toilet/toilet bowls, wiping dusty shelves, cleaning dusty ceiling fans, washing and cleaning metal grills and windows, cleaning dusty doors. Highly recommend Puriclean for a clean and tidy house! Shoutout to the surpervisor and the team as well - they was professional, hardworking and respectful throughout the entire session.

I'm satisfied with the cleaning. They were polite and diligent. If there were any areas that weren't cleaned well, I told them, and they fixed them for me. They didn't give me a bad look. They even wiped it clean for me when I asked. I like how clean your house is; you used new cloths, which is great. They even let me check the final inspection.

My house has never been this clean before, all thanks to Puriclean, am so impressed with the helper attention to detail (her name is Thazin), leaving every corner spotless. We engaged the 4 hour service to do some thorough cleaning on heavily used areas like kitchen and toilet, as well as dusty ceilings and windows. Tried puriclean cleaning service and I have to say that I am truly impressed by the level of professionalism, hygiene, cleanliness, and most importantly results. Phyo was my cleaner and she is efficient, friendly and most importantly did a good job in cleaning up my place. Their cleaning rates pretty affordable and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a part-time cleaner to engage, puriclean solutions! :)
