I had a complicated situation where another contractor did incorrect and risky plumbing work. Ong and his team stepped up to help fix it when it would have been easier to walk away. Ong is exceptionally kind, honest, and professional—and it gives total peace of mind knowing his entire team is fully licensed, not just the supervisor. Not all heroes wear capes—some carry toolboxes! Highly recommended.

I’ve had a concealed pipe leak in my condo kitchen. I’ve contacted another plumber who can plumb but not replace false ceiling. QB Plumbing was referred by AI. Their man came down within few hours and identified a corroded old pipe. He could wrapped round the hole temporarily n I could continue using the tap. He came back next day and replaced with new pipes. Workers are efficient and courteous. Their boss was also polite n courteous. They replaced the false ceiling, painted up, cleared up the debris. The rates quoted are reasonable. QB Plumbing is strongly recommended to my MA office.

I can sit in my living room comfortably now at 10.51pm on a PH-eve writing this review because QB and team came by at 9.30pm to fix my choke. An eleventh hour request reacted within minutes, all done within the hour. They had to lift up the bowl, expose the pipe and clear the debris. They knew EXACTLY where to look and what to do. Once cleared, they carefully applied cement back and cleaned up nicely. Folks clearly took pride in their work. What a treat to watch them go at it. Pricing was transparent, reasonable, and no upselling. I'd ring them again in a heartbeat. QB's got a great team going.

QB helped with my master bathroom toiletbowl pipe clog! felt like i should leave a review because: - it’s the first time i’ve encountered plumbing issues, and i was hunting online for a plumber yesterday - i read many reviews and had engaged another highly-rated plumber first, who cleared out some gunk, but could not remove the clog. this plumber used a handheld water jet machine, and said it was the strongest machine the company had, and suggested that i engage an industrial plumber - my husband explained the situation to QB, who responded very quickly and sent 2 pax in an hour or so - QB’s plumbers were super efficient, identified the issue and resolved it within an hour, including removing the toiletbowl and then re-cementing it on later - they were also polite and very considerate, helped to clean up, and took care to wipe their feet before leaving the bathroom and even offered to throw the old clothes they used to clean up. (tip is to have some old clothes and plastic bags ready!) i forgot to get the names of these guys, but so grateful for the help. very impressed, i’m going to stick with QB :)

I have a great experience with QB Plumbing on my kitchen sink replacement. Professional, efficient and cost-friendly. I will recommend using their services.

Had sought quotation through WhatsApp. I think as end users, the most concerning thing is price shock. The correspondent let me know the price is final and will not proceed to carry out the repair unless the owner is agreeable to the price changes should the actual service scope changes or increases. It is the trust that the person gave over conversation that made me feel comfortable. The service was also prompt. All in all, I hope that customer-centric service will be the consistent hallmark of QB plumping. Cheers

I had a really great experience with this plumbing company. They handled the choke in my toilet bowl very quickly and efficiently, and the workmanship was solid. What I appreciated most was how straightforward and honest they were. There was no upselling at all, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I had previously contacted another plumber who gave me a lot of uncertainties, and I wasn’t confident proceeding with them. When I reached out to QB, they responded promptly on WhatsApp. After I explained my situation, they provided a clear quote and took the time to explain the cost breakdown. They also walked me through possible scenarios, including the worst case, so I knew exactly what to expect before deciding. Overall, I really appreciate their professionalism and transparency. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend them enough! Unlike my previous experience with another plumber who kept haggling over prices and never fixed the problem, this team was fast, efficient and honest. The day before, I was previously paid SGD $600 for work that wasn’t even completed and they ( the other hdb plumber ) were asking for a total of $1,200+ just to cut the pipe without any guarantee.I was like ??? Cut pipe ??? Thankfully, I came across this company’s website and the team solved my problem in just 30 minutes using their strong commercial machines. Beyond that, they even gave great advice and were straightforward throughout, no upselling, no uncertainty. If you want a plumber who actually fixes the problem and has an honest, helpful team, this is the team to call. Truly 5-star service!

My water bill shot up by 10 times and was asked by SP group to look for PUB licensed plumber to check on my house leak. Contacted QB plumbing and Mr Ong & his team came to my house the very next day to checked on the leak for me. Everything was done quickly and he also made a report for me to send to SP group to ask for water bill waiver. They are very professional and efficient! Price is also reasonable and affordable. Recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently had my kitchen top pipe replaced, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time, was very professional, and explained clearly what needed to be done. The workmanship was solid, and the replacement was completed quickly without any mess. What I appreciated most was the honesty and transparency — no hidden charges, and the pricing was reasonable. The plumber also checked the rest of the piping to make sure everything was in good condition. Overall, a very reliable and trustworthy service. Highly recommended! Thank you uncle Lee and the team

Responsive, helpful and honest service. Requested for help with my water meter installation and QB Plumbing was professional enough to ask all the correct questions before deciding to send anyone over. They also provided the relevant advice to help resolve my need even though it isn't one of the services they provide. Thank you so much for the help!

Very fast response and arrangement after office hour. Workers arrived within 1.5 hour, cleared the choke quickly, and even helped to tidy up the place. They made sure everything was in good order before leaving. Highly recommended!

We had a leak in the wall of our kitchen. QB plumbers were able to provide a quote and come the next day. They hacked into the wall. found the leak, replaced the copper pipe with steel pipe and patched up the wall within 2 days. They were efficient and thorough and we are pleased with the result. Biggest relief to have no leaking anymore!

I had a water leakage issue since we moved back after a major home renovation. Found out the concealed aircon pipe within the common toilet wall was the root cause. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain help/service from the defunct ID firm I had engaged. I engaged QB Plumbing for the repair job. They were responsive, knowledgeable with good service attitude and last but not least the price was very reasonable. The entire process I did not feel that I was taken for a ride. I will definitely engage them again and I highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues. PS: I got to know they do interior design and renovation works too. I will engage them in my next renovation.

I was recommended to QB by a friend and had issues with water pressure / heat - they guided me via WhatsApp to troubleshoot and was so impressed with their help (people first business later). Will be my go-to for any services required next!!!!

I had a clogged toilet that had been an issue for weeks. I reached out via WhatsApp around 11am, and received a prompt response and managed to arrange for a next-day appointment. The price was reasonable—$200 for the machine use, with an additional $100 if the toilet bowl needed to be removed. The guys that came over were efficient, and did a thorough, clean job, finished it within an hour. One thing to note: if you're requesting the use of the machine to unclog whatever that’s clogged, that particular machine will need to be rolled to wherever it's required, so be prepared to mop your floors afterward. Overall, a great experience with fast service and fair pricing!

Grateful for the excellent service and very prompt replies and input on how to handle the problems. Can feel that the staff is trustworthy, when he made sure to do as thorough a diagnosis of the problem as possible over the phone, even before coming down to the house.

My issue is my kitchen pipe chocked. the service is very good. The price is reasonable with no hidden cost. When I first inquired QB around 1045pm, their response is swift. They asked for video to assess conditions before giving a quote. Unfortunately after their service man came, the job cannot be done because my ID did not keep a accessible hole. So they came back on the next day to cut a hole and did the machine wash. The additional cost due to the hole thing is reasonable. Thank you QB plumbing!

I seldom write reviews but I'm truly thankful to QBP. My neighbour's pipe burst and after 2 weeks, she eventually claimed that no plumbers were available and to wait until after CNY (> 1 week). Water was flooding my floors and blowing my lights + power sockets. Luckily, I found QBP (on a Sat) and they replied immediately. The boss and his workers inspected the flats at 9pm on Sat and started/completed the work on Mon. Thanks to them, I was able to have a peaceful CNY. May God bless them!

My neighbour, who stays a floor above me, had their drainage choked. This problem has been occuring and their plumber could not solve the issue. I contacted QB Plumbing to help my neighbour with the problem. With their professionalism, they brought a pressure jet and managed to remove alot of "stones" and unwanted debris. The problem is solved and the drainage drains smoothly for my neighbour now! The whole process took 45 mins from the arrival of QB Plumbing. Fast and efficient.
