I'm ready wondering why there is 5.0 star. Mentioned helper will provide cloths and multi-purpose cleaner etc. Yet the helper come with empty hands and agent can tell they don't call. Only message. pay 3hrs service without exactly service as agent mentioned

I would highly recommend Ritz Helper. From the start, communicating with them was a breeze. I requested for 2 helpers for 3 hours. I was assigned May Zin Oo and War War Phyu. They were fast in their work and worked with minimal supervision. They even told me to rest! I’m very pleased with their work. The picture doesn’t do justice in showing their awesome job.

I engaged Ritzhelper for one trial session and was sent Lae Lae Win. She’s friendly, motivated and passionate about cleaning, with good communication skills and pleasant disposition. Her tiny frame should not be underestimated as she can really clean very well and do so with good pace. She was able to get my place sparkling clean in the assigned time. I was so happy that I sign up immediately for regular scheduled cleaning, asking for Lae Lae Win to be my regular cleaner.

This is the third time(5 Sep) I have engaged Khin Zu Zu to clean my home, and once again, she exceeded expectations. Unlike the previous two occasions, this session was scheduled in the evening from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Despite her demanding schedule, she arrived punctually and demonstrated the same high level of professionalism and dedication that I have come to appreciate. During her visit, I requested a thorough cleaning of the corridor windows and window frames, removal of dust buildup, cleaning of the kitchen stove and bathrooms, as well as vacuuming and mopping throughout the entire house. She completed every task efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving the house noticeably cleaner and fresher than before. What makes her service especially commendable is her unwavering commitment and positive attitude, even after working in two other homes earlier in the day. Her strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in delivering excellent results are truly inspiring. My wife and I are extremely pleased with her service and deeply appreciate her dedication. We look forward to engaging her services on a regular basis and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dependable and professional cleaner. This is the second time I have engaged Khin Zu Zu for home cleaning services. She arrived 10 minutes early, and I briefed her on the areas to be cleaned, including three bedrooms, one study room, the living room, kitchen, balcony, and three bathrooms. She planned her work efficiently and completed the cleaning to a high professional standard. My wife and I were both impressed by her diligence and professionalism. During the session, I had the opportunity to learn about her demanding schedule, working from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., which reflects her strong work ethic. I would highly recommend her services and encourage her to continue her excellent work. I will certainly engage her again in the future. Thank you, Khin Zu Zu, for delivering excellent house cleaning services. She demonstrated professionalism in cleaning the windows, vacuuming and mopping the floors, and maintaining the toilets and balcony. She arrived 10 minutes early and worked diligently over three hours, leaving our home noticeably cleaner. We are very satisfied with her service and would gladly engage her again.

Tried Ritz for the first time given their reasonable price charge. Booked a 3 hour cleaning slot and had Ei Ei Thu assigned. She was punctual for the appointment and promptly began her session after a quick introduction. She helped clean the windows, toilets and areas I don’t spend enough time cleaning myself so I appreciate the help. Look forward to the next session. Thank you!

Ms Aye Aye was assigned to my weekly home cleaning by RitzHelper and I'm very pleased with their decision. She is very detailed and thorough with the cleaning and requires no explanation on the usage of the cleaning devices. Aye Aye took initiative to clean my stove, dusty wok cover and oily air fryer without being told. Even left 15mins before the time is up she will wash my balcony floor and wipe it dry. In just 3 hours she washed 2 toilets, clean 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, backyard and balcony. She even changed all the bedsheets, wipe all my shelves and clean the windows. I'm greatly impressed with her efficiency. Highly recommend pretty Aye Aye and RitzHelper!
