   I liaise with Helen all the time. She was very quick and patient in responding to my many questions. Also she constantly followed-up on the progress of the quotations. After we had agreed on the price,they started work the very next day. The workers were very punctual. Quality of the work was very good. The estimated time to complete the job was half a day. But they finished in three and half hours. The supervisor Mr.Liu then helped me download the HikVision App and guide me on how to use it. He was very patient because I downloaded on four devices and he made sure all were working perfectly. Overall a job well done..

   They don’t even deserved a star!!! Pls avoid this company if you are looking for cctv! They took super long to respond! We bought 2 cctv from them on the 16/7/23 to install at my mum place. After few months 1 of the cctv not working! And we tried to call 1 lady name Helen Huang! And she told us need to connect and don’t even tell us how to connect! Of course we know is need to connect! Her answer sound stupid to us! And just sent us a stupid video that we don’t understand what she’s trying to tell us! So we decided to try ourselves! And we tried a lot of time but still not working! So we started to contact her again!!!! But she can just ignored our message quite a few days! So we message her again! And finally she replied!!! And taking her own sweet time to arrange the schedule and even told us that if their technician went down! The issue is just need to troubleshoot and it’s not the cctv faulty we need to pay for the transport fee which is $100! She don’t even bother to send us a video or list out the step for us to check whether what’s the issue for the cctv! She thought we are the technician! Ok fine! So thanks god she finally arranged on the 30/3/24 at 2-3pm. And I waited almost 1 hour! So I start to ask are they coming?! And she replied that her technician just informed her their vehicle spoiled on highway! Wow! Need to wait for me to ask her then she informed us!!! Really need to clap for her!!! After I insisted they finally fixed the cctv! BUT on 1/4/24 the cctv not working again! And we tried again! And yes it’s working but only can connect my mum place wifi in order to watch the cctv! We keep trying to connect 4G but not working! So we message her again! Till now I still don’t get her respond! If need is to wait while you all check, can please at least reply? So we know? We understand that checking need some times but leaving customer unattended I don’t think it’s the correct way of handling. I really fed up with their service! We install cctv is to make ourselves more convenient to monitor my mum! But end up wasting so much of our time!!!! Ignore message!!! So damn Irresponsible! Or you are trying to drag till warranty ends and want us to pay because the warranty end? If yes please inform us so we know and we will not ask you anymore till the warranty period ends! We spent so much money and get this kind of ridiculous service! Choose them if you dare!!! If you really have the guts to buy from them! Pls pls pls keep the receipt properly cause they will request receipt from you!!! They don’t have the record! Or don’t bother to check? Trying luck if you lost your receipt they can just don’t bother?! And pls AVOID this company! "Whole City Aircon Service Pte Ltd" is under them too!!!! BEWARE!! ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS IS FROM THEIR OWN PEOPLE!!!! GOODNESS!

   I brought from them 0n 02.11.24 , ask the woman Helen, very rude keeping g me these cannot that cannot , then I install cctv for I were so angry ask her to send her man here for explain , she hang off the hp and didn't respond , I still got one year warranty. Will go and report , small claim and email my MP Can those got problem with them still got warranty, pls contact me , we can gather n goes to small claim and report police Cass

   I echo Jas K's reviews to an extent. I think the after-sales service is extremely poor. The contact through the website was initially, of course, responsive to my questions and interest in system. Installation was good and quick. We installed 3 cameras in a home. It started with 1 camera. This camera did not respond to pre-set favourite positions and would only move within a 30 degrees field (the camera should be able to move in a 360 degrees field and 180 pan). Tried resetting and powering off-on but problem persisted. Contacted the contact again who responded in a day or and the technician who installed came again. He had to replace the camera. After a while, another camera had the same issue. Contacted the contact again but took days or a week before i contacted the technician again. He tried to help but could not. Asked me to try the contacy again. I had to call once or twice before i got her. She said she would get back to me. I had to text again to confirm. Another technician came and resolved the problem. Then a few weeks back, i noticed this camera was offline but it resolved itself the next day. The problem, however, returned. Contacted the contact again and am playing the waiting game again. We can understand if software (iCSee, which has ads of all things) and hardware fail. Nothing is perfect. But this 3rd incident has happened within the year we purchased the cameras. Added to this and the main issue is the after-sales service. Again, we can understand if you are busy. We don't expect immediate response. But days without response and reminders is not good service. Honestly, quite disappointed overall.

Their after sales service is also very responsive and good. With their professionalism and good after sales support, we engage them subsequently to provide CCTV solution and also facial recognition door access system to our Centre. Along the project, unforeseen situation arise and the team give their professional advise for our consideration to resolve the issue. You can entrust them to provide the professional advice and work out a solution that suit your business needs. Their after sale support is definitely something that you can relay on.
